I’m still at the hotel, I decided to leave a review because, well, I just need to do it. Let’s start from the beginning, we arrived around 22-22.30, naturally, we didn’t have time for dinner, we asked if we could have a snack somewhere, we were offered to go to a pattiseria, but they warned us that they only had sweets and that they might not have them there, so it was a so-so meal.

They checked in quickly, but the funny thing was in the room - small, dark, with 2 sockets in the room and one in the toilet, not a single chair in the room, not to mention armchairs, they simply wouldn’t fit. 1 bedside table and a mirror, all painted with paint to which hot glasses stick on the cup holders, the toilet and the room are full of ants, and even a spider sat in the corner, quietly. It’s hard to describe in detail the smudges, mold, smeared corners, terrible putty that doesn’t match the color.
Well, now the most interesting thing is, the day after my stay at the hotel, I fell ill with a virus (sore throat, fever, chills, weakness) we went and bought medicine at the nearest pharmacy and started treatment, because this was the first time such a situation occurred, we did not contact the guide first , but since an excursion was planned, I wrote to the girl’s name Marina, she said that I needed to see a doctor, they called, a taxi arrived, and they took me to the doctor through insurance, But....It turns out that you need to pay $30 per appointment (deductible), but oh well, I looked and prescribed more medications, although we bought the main ones ourselves, took them to the pharmacy, and then nothing, treat yourself, if the symptoms persist, come again and we’ll prescribe antibiotics. That's all. And a day later, my husband got sick, we didn’t go to the doctor anymore, we drank what we prescribed for ourselves, but when my husband’s temperature rose, she went to the hotel doctor to ask for a thermometer, he said no, come here, she went home.
Further even funnier, our girl guide had to return the money for the excursion. To do this, I provided a certificate (without her the money would not have been returned) that for health reasons I cannot go, but the most interesting thing is when we agreed to meet at 12.00 (I wrote in an SMS, (in short, we’ll write off) such a concept (extensible). She was busy and after 20 minutes of waiting, she said that she had no time for tourists now, and when she was free, she would write to me and I went back to the room despite the fact that I sat inside under the air conditioners with a fever, then after 2 hours she wrote to me to come over and she would give me the money (I wrote a receipt that I received money from her in the amount of 102 dollars, although she gave me 94 euros (calculated at the Russian exchange rate) although in Turkey, the dollar and the euro are the same. Somehow this arithmetic came out, well, okay, so I agree. Well, I’m writing for the sake of knowledge. . Next about food, it’s there, you won’t remain hungry, But...
it’s monotonous (there’s something to compare with: last year we were in Gainyuk. Now I understand it was great there. The adventures didn’t end there, now I’m lying in my room, poisoned (yesterday I ate something in a restaurant in the evening, today I have diarrhea, dizziness and vomiting. ) in short, rest for nothing, money down the drain. About the beach there are no toilets nearby, there are 3 washers, there are iron things going into the sea (I don’t know what they’re called, one vinyl is standing on the shore, one is barely holding up (but the beach is clean, one of the advantages) The pluses are a large area and very green, a lot of flowers and cats (I love cats) They are cute, they feed them and give them water. These are advantages, the staff in the restaurant is friendly, smiling. Regarding the animation, there is a little bit of everything, they are not intrusive, the spa is expensive (not for my money??? ? )we didn’t go to the disco (because we were sick the whole holiday) we don’t drink alcohol, I don’t know how. Average hotel, for a lot of money (well for us), but it’s up to you to go home to Kaliningrad, we’ll relax there?? ? ?

Have been looking at this hotel for a long time. We were close to Marco Polo, Pirates, Boran Mare, Gypsophila club, but Emelda is the best. The territory is super, the beach, food, staff, cafes on the territory for 5. At the end of the season, the price decreased, the load was 100%, the only thing is the rooms, but we only spent the night there.

We rested from August 25 to September 7, arrived in the morning, were at the hotel at 7.40, settled at about 11 room 559 on the first floor, we are already the third time in this hotel, it makes no sense to write a lot, cleaning in the room is at a minus, although tips were left every day , there is also an innovation on the pier, they made paid sunbeds at the bottom, at first it was 20 euros, then 15 because few people took it, probably the next they will make the pier paid.

Poor service at the Emelda Sun Club Hotel. In May it is not ready yet, in October it is not ready again! 1. We arrived at this hotel 4 times 13.10. 2021 at 7-00, and although we have a “VIP” card 0001, we were tempted to check-in until 11-00, although we have priority check-in, and after all, we spent the whole night on the road, and told fairy tales that there were no free rooms.

That vacant rooms will appear only after cleaning - and who is stopping you from keeping a team of cleaners on duty and cleaning the rooms immediately after being released. And this usually happens at 3-4 o'clock in the morning!
2. But the team of Poles, 15-20 people, who arrived after us at 8-00, was placed immediately!
3. For some reason, the inflatable sea slides have already been removed, although there are a lot of vacationers and the hotel is completely full.
4. The level of the Internet throughout the territory and in the rooms is weak and constantly fails, and reconfiguration is required.
5. The food is okay, but the tea is disgusting, and if you are a tea lover, bring tea in bags with you, and this despite the fact that the UAI food is ultra!
6.
The pillows in the rooms are some kind of synthetic winterizer - it is very uncomfortable to sleep on them.

The decision to go to this hotel was spontaneous, because the hotel I had chosen earlier was fully occupied at the end of September : ( Why Emelda? I love mountains and greenery, I don't like high-rise hotels where everyone is on top of each other, so the HV concept suits me perfectly. I'll start with my very first impression of the hotel: no one paid attention to us at the reception, we had to wait 10-15 minutes.

Why Emelda? I love mountains and greenery, I don't like high-rise hotels where everyone is on top of each other, so the HV concept suits me perfectly.
I'll start with my very first impression of the hotel: no one paid attention to us at the reception, we had to wait 10-15 minutes. After filling out all the questionnaires and forms, we were taken to the 100th room. Maybe someone would have liked this number, but it did not suit us. It is without a balcony, in a building near the main pool, with thin doors, with zero soundproofing, so we would hear absolutely everything that happens on the corridor.
After 15 minutes, we decided to return to the reception and still get a room with a balcony (as this is the standard room prescribed in the contract). The girl said that they have only one room with 2 separate beds, it didn’t bother us at all, we easily figured it out together, especially the next day they brought us a double mattress : )
Our number was 330, in a 2-storey bungalow-type building, directly opposite Marco Polo. Of course, people who go to bed before 00, or people with small children, this is absolutely not suitable. Music with Marco Polo is heard from 10 am to 00, you need to be ready for this.
The room itself was not bad, a balcony surrounded by greenery, hot water at any time of the day, good mattresses, comfortable pillows.
As for the territory: every day we easily walked 10.000 - 12.000 steps, but we enjoyed it. Everywhere well-groomed lawns, flowers, trees, bushes, in general, they lived like in a park.
The pools, unfortunately, did not please us... The water was +22 degrees, and it did not warm up during the day absolutely, so after we got sick, we decided to swim only in the sea.
Hotel pros:
- certainly the territory;
- food (personally, everything was delicious to me, except for meat products, because I don’t eat them). Side dishes, soups, salads, pastries, seafood, pastries - everything was perfect. For children and people with health problems, a separate diet menu is prepared;
- alcohol. They have it just great, the bartenders prepare delicious cocktails, they don’t dilute anything with water. Personally, I recommend trying Pina Colada;
- Hotel staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, (except for the reception) no one looks askance, is not rude;
- for children there is a mini-disco, an amusement park, slides, a mini-club.
Of the minuses, I would like to highlight:
- show programs. They are frankly boring. . . Evening discos are music for people 40+, and it practically does not change. Thanks to the bartenders from Olympos Bar, we were able to dance to this, but still we would like some kind of variety, and at least 1.5 hours of music for the younger generation;
- no coverage near the pools. Repeatedly I saw how people slipped, but the benefit did not fall. A very dangerous area, and it does not matter if you are shod or not. You need to be as careful as possible;
- well, how could it be without this... "booking" sunbeds with towels. For me, this is an indicator of the greediness of guests, and, unfortunately, there is a lot of this in Emelda, especially if you also like to relax on the pier. All the guests complain about it, but nothing changes. It is desirable for the administration to introduce fines for this.
I won’t say that Emelda is a super-duper hotel, but we had a good time there.
Will we go back there again? No, because another HV type hotel stole my heart.
I definitely want to note that Emelda is worth the money ($1400 for two for 8 nights), and of course I recommend it : )

I decided to write a fresh review because we are still at the hotel.
We chose the hotel on the principle of “feed the child”, because there is an allergy, so that the sea is nearby and the rating is good.
We chose Emelda sun club, read the reviews, took into account the cons. We arrived on September 16.2 adults and a child 2 years old. We settled quickly because we arrived after 20:30.
I'll start with the pros:
1 - The territory is beautiful, green, there is a place to take a walk with a child. Reminds me of the Botanical Garden. Grow pomegranates, tangerines, avocados, there is a small pond with fish.
2 - The sea is close if you live in the buildings closest to it.
3 - Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, they try to solve your wishes. Many speak Russian.
4 - Feeding a child with allergies is not a problem, they will cook separately. You can even create your own menu. You will not stay hungry either, there is a lot of food and at any time of the day. The fact that the staff imposes food does not bother.
Even fat plus for it!
5 - There are enough sun loungers on the beach, but if you want closer to the sea or near the entrance to the beach, then come earlier.
We came to 10:30-11:00 a lot of places near the playground.
6 - Bottled water is everywhere, there is a lot of it.
Now the cons:
It's not 5 stars for sure. Solid 4.
Those who have been to Europe or other 5* Turkey will understand what I mean.
1 - The numbers are tired, from the word at all. The furniture is old, something falls off, something works with difficulty. There are no bathrobes, although it is 5 *.
2 - Room cleaning 3 out of 5. Don't expect a clean floor, sink, etc until you leave a tip, but even if you do, it won't be clean anyway.
3 - Ants! We live on the 1st floor and they are, I can’t say how things are with 2 floors. Please process every day. The child is savvy.
4 - Uncomfortable bed! We do not know what century the mattress is, but it is simply impossible to sleep on it! The body is beaten! Pillows are generally a separate pain, uncomfortable at all, it is not possible to sleep!
5 - I want peace and quiet! We live in room 167 - these are the closest buildings to the sea.
BUT until 23:30 you will listen to the music from the disco yelling. Further, until 01:00, you will listen to how garbage is unloaded from the restaurant, equipment is working, etc. etc. ~ at 04:00 a mule will wake you up, and then you will listen to how employees go to work in a restaurant and slam a metal gate.
6 - NOT A RESTAURANT. I don’t know about the rest, but I have a different concept of a restaurant and delicious food.
A closer word would be dining room.
There is really a lot of food, there is plenty to choose from, there is enough fruit, but the food does not deliver delight.
7 - Parents, if you are taking a child to a playground by the sea, then keep in mind that it is emergency and dangerous.
The houses are old and the plastic is cracked - the child can cut himself!
There are screws sticking out of the fence that could injure your child. Along the perimeter are pegs from which rusty nails stick out.
This is a hotel with a children's concept, but for some reason the management does not take care of children, putting their lives in danger.
If you are not tempted by Europe, delicious food and service, then you can visit this hotel.
We are leaving on September 29 and will not go again. The hotel is not recommended for check-in!

Foreword: we rested in this department for 10 years, where to go after the lockdown was not a question - of course Simena, but it turned out that this was no longer Simena, but Emelda. This is not the same hotel as it used to be. 1) We stopped at 11 am, settled in half an hour without any problems - this is a plus.

Foreword: we rested in this department for 10 years, where to go after the lockdown was not a question - of course Simena, but it turned out that this was no longer Simena, but Emelda. The main slogan of my life is never go back to the former. And so it is here. This is not the same hotel as it used to be. 1) We stopped at 11 am, settled in half an hour without any problems - this is a plus. 2) The number of rooms is not just old - it is super old and falling apart under your hands. The box opened - it broke, touched the bedside table - it crumbled. Plumbing in the room is normal. The air conditioner works well and a big plus is the nozzle, which does not blow on the bed. The rooms are simply microscopic - fit two beds and one bedside table. When I traveled with children I always took a family room. 3) I can say unequivocally about nutrition - it has become much worse. And it's not even about anti-covid measures - the set of dishes itself has become scarce. But I have been an old enemy with food, so I had enough for diet food. 4) There is animation for children, there is no entertainment - we will write it off for covid. 5) Gorgeous territory, good location of the pools - there is a calm one, there is with music, there is a children's one, there were always enough sunbeds even on the beach by the sea. 6) Cleaning is mediocre, but I'm not picky and it suits me. I don’t drink alcohol - but according to men, it’s not very good. There was a strong feeling that the new owner is pumping money out of the hotel, but does not invest anything in it and saves on everything. So forget about Simena, where you were served frozen towels by the pools and beautiful Turkish boys worked as waiters, where everything worked like clockwork, now it's a collective farm. The general conclusion is that this is not an ultra five, but a solid four with good territory. I rest in room 209 - the mosque is heard, but very quiet, the neighboring hotels are not heard.

Emelda was recommended to me by a friend, they rested here last year and were very pleased. Emelda was recommended to me by a friend, they rested here last year and were very pleased. With a difficult choice (who chooses to understand me carefully), we settled on it and did not regret it.
1. Beautiful territory, all in greenery and flowers. I enjoyed every day this beauty.
2. The rooms are normal, I won’t say that they are new, but in general everything is ok for not very picky tourists. Pleased with a small corridor and a spacious bathroom. Cleaning was every day, we did not expect and did not leave tips so often. The towels were changed every time. We never heard of mosques.
3. The food is excellent, everything is fresh. Without any frills, but once a week a seafood evening (shrimp salad, delicious squid sauté , etc. ), once a Turkish cuisine evening, there was delicious meat of different types. Delicious desserts, fruits (no exotic, but delicious watermelons, peaches, plums, apples, pears, sometimes bananas). Factory ice cream, type 3-4, very tasty.
Flatbread with ayran are excellent. In the open access in the refrigerator bottled wine (not bad), ayran, children's kefir. sweet milk of different types, juices in bags and something else, we did not take.
4. Children's animation is great, my 5 year old was happy. Slides, a kids club, a children's disco at 20.30 (I ran every day and was afraid to miss it), an amusement park opens at 21 (a train, a carousel, a children's bungee, an inflatable trampoline, chess, golf, popcorn and apples in caramel on a stick).
5. The sea is beautiful, the first days we didn’t get out of the water, although we live in a city by the sea) The water temperature in early July is ideal. The water in the pools is also not bad, I did not feel a strong smell of bleach or anything like that.
NEGATIVE - let's go on excursions from Join UP! (an oceanarium and in one - Tahtali, a mosque, an olive museum, a trip on a yacht.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND listening to the guides of this company. Next time we will go from the locals, at least the price is cheaper there.
Lies at every turn! About the time of the trip, paid / free drinks (they promise free, but then you have to pay), about what additional tickets will be in the aquarium, where there will be swimming on a yacht, and that's not all. As if it has become suckers bred.
The OLIVE MUSEUM is a grossly overpriced shop. Boxes of chocolates, which are sold there for 5 euros, are in the shops near the hotel as the cheapest and cost 5 euros. e. 3 pieces. Everything else is the same.
