The location is super. The room is smoky. The toilet is literally dirty. Haven't washed in 7 days. There were not enough tables in the "restaurant". The tables are also not very clean. I will return from Bulgaria yesterday. We traveled on our own by car. Trains back and forth went fine if you do not take into account the Ukrainian roads. The hotel is located on the first line from the pool to the beach sand 100m. Settled without any delay. Immediately offered the 12th floor (last), but finally settled on the 8th floor overlooking the sea.

Immediately offered the 12th floor (last), but finally settled on the 8th floor overlooking the sea. The room itself is small in size, but quite enough for relaxation, I was more struck by the bathroom, toilet and shower room on an area of .1. 5x1.5m. Linen was changed once in 8 days, and towels were changed 2 times, all white and not washed. About food: they took only breakfasts, like everywhere else, monotony, but quite satisfying, and somewhere from the 3rd day they tried to take dinner, at a price of 12 levs per adult and 8 levs per child, and now the dinners turned out to be much more interesting and varied. According to the contingent of vacationers: these are 50% British, 30% Europe and 20% Ukraine + Russia. For this money, the rest fully justified itself and the hotel corresponds to its 3 *. The children said that they should come here next year as well.

The room is small, two beds and an armchair bed. For some reason, the shower is combined with the toilet, without any partition. It seems that he is right above the toilet : ) There was one not pleasant moment. The rooms have a closet as part of the wall, from floor to ceiling. One side it goes to one room, and the other to another. So we had a gap of 5 centimeters from the top of the cabinet to the ceiling, and when the neighbors talked, it seemed that we were living in the same room. After we complained, we were promised to do something. And the next day, since they did nothing, they simply overpowered me to another room. Breakfast is monotonous, but everything is enough: eggs, sausages, fried ham, beans, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, muesli, jam, muffins, butter, toast. Only here, for some reason, the coffee in the machine is instant, although in the bar you could order normal coffee for 2 leva. The restaurant has a large selection of dishes at quite reasonable prices, cheaper than in many city cafes (shopska salad 3.90, sheepdog 4.90, beer 2.50). The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. Many Russians. The hotel has a shop (the price is cheaper than in some supermarkets on the waterfront, for example, beer is 1.70 leva) and a Crown currency exchanger (the most, in my opinion, normal exchangers in Sunny Beach, as in some other exchangers people are simply bred. They put on at the entrance a sign with an overvalued exchange rate, but not purchases, but sales, many people do this and do not pay attention to the fact that they changed the currency at a completely different rate, the one that is already written on a piece of paper in the exchanger itself, which is much lower). Near the hotel there is a large Zora supermarket, bus stops that take you to the local bus station, nearby towns (St. Vlas, Elenite, Nessebar), as well as to Burgas. The bus to Burgas passes by the airport.

There is no need to use an umbrella on the beach, because being on the balcony in the room, you stay almost on the beach. I had a room with a direct view of the sea: on the left - the mountains and St. Vlas, on the right - Nessebar. Nightlife does not stop in the evening until 01.00, so I do not recommend this hotel with children and the elderly because of the noisy evenings. And whoever has stronger nerves can quite enjoy the night spa and karaoke without leaving the room. The room was cleaned regularly, linen changed frequently. The food for the rest is quite acceptable, but the dinners were much more varied. The restaurant is half in the hotel, half on the street, open all day, so with the search for "where to eat? " you can not bother, but spend your vacation on more interesting entertainment. In general, I recommend this hotel to outdoor enthusiasts and those who spend most of their time outdoors and on the beach. In the room: TV, air conditioning, mini-bar, telephone, bathroom, shower, everything is in working order, and at the reception Internet, safe for an additional fee. I really enjoyed my stay and would visit this hotel again. If you do not want "surprises", I advise you not to forget about the traditional tip, and I hope you will not be disappointed by the rest in this fabulous, in my opinion, country.

Yes, in the evening, when music is turned on in the surrounding cafes, it is noisy, somewhere before midnight or one in the morning. So if you are traveling with children, not the best option. And in general, my advice is - if possible, choose a hotel that is located near the beach, do not listen to travel agents who will assure you that it takes only 20-30 minutes to walk to the beach, believe me, in the heat, even 15 minutes will seem like an eternity . And if you also need to drive up to the beach, then there is no point at all, because. bus fare in Sunny Beach is not at all cheap, a ticket costs 1 dollar.
For the first three nights, due to the fact that there were no places in the Palace Hotel (this happens), we were placed in the neighboring Slavyansky Hotel, which is much more interesting and better than the Palace. For some reason, there is no main entrance in the Palace, it simply does not exist, there is a barrier in front of the hotel doors, and two doors, one to the mini-shop, the other to the hotel. When, after Slavyansky, we arrived at the Palace reception at 12.00, we had to wait until 14.00 until they settled, although earlier the Palace administrator promised that they would be settled much earlier. By the way, our Bulgarian guide, when he drove back to the airport, noted that this hotel had a bad attitude towards tourists, no care.
The room was not clean, the linen was changed 1 time in 11 days, cleaning can be said not to be done at all, for the sake of appearance they waved a broom, throwing garbage under the beds, bedside tables. Breakfasts are standard, as elsewhere, from fruits they gave apples and bananas. In "Slavyansky" a set of fruits was better and the rooms there are much more spacious.
I do not advise you to have lunch and dinner at the Palace, it is very expensive. However, due to the fact that Germans, British, Poles love to relax in Bulgaria, the prices there are more designed for them. And yet, they really don’t like Russians there, this was noticed by many who rested. This is felt in the cafe (foreigners are trying to serve quickly, Russians are approached with a completely different facial expression, or they may even forget about your order). I guess this is due to the fact that foreigners leave big tips.
As for the beach - excellent, the sand is clean, gentle, warm sea, people, and we were in the very season - not a lot, i. e. do not push each other sideways. The beach is wide and perfect. The sea is clean.
The weather was also wonderful, not a single rainy day.
In general, if you do not bother, then the place to stay is good, especially with children.

Rested at the beginning of the season in the hotel PALACE. was surprised by the new rules. Do not use the refrigerator in your room! There is a mini bar, ie. a lot of alcohol, which they saw fit to offer you. And you can only put medicines there. If the maid finds even just your bottle of water there, a fine of 50 leva (25 euros).

The bed was changed only once in 15 days, on June 8th. And then, after I demanded. The room is not cleaned, only the garbage is taken out. for 15 days the maid never washed the floor on the balcony and in the bathroom. If you contact the reception with a question why they don’t clean the room, don’t change towels and bedding, you will most likely hear the answer: “If something doesn’t suit you, go to another hotel! ” I have rested in Bulgaria 8 times. I know many good hotels. Never seen anything like it here. I won't go to this hotel again.

The flight from Minsk to Burgas Airport takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. It took a lot of time for passport control on arrival, the luggage arrived 10 minutes after landing.
The meeting party of Teddy Kam in the face of Alex stood at the airport door. The transfer to the hotel took about 30 minutes. On the way we saw a winery, a water park in Nesebar.
We ended up at the hotel around 11 am (departure from Minsk was at 7:00). Surprisingly, the room was ready by 12, and we were settled. All the wishes stated to the travel agency when booking were taken into account: floor, distance from the elevator, sea view.
The room is small but cozy and clean. Corresponds to 3 stars. At the entrance there is a built-in wardrobe, a shared bathroom: washbasin, shower, toilet.
Two beds, your bedside tables, chair-bed, TV, telephone, air conditioning, small refrigerator with minibar (fresh juices, mineral water and spirits from beer to vodka).
The beach is 1 minute walk from the hotel. Rental of umbrellas and deck chairs, each for 7 leva per day. It is cheaper on the market to buy an umbrella with an approximate cost of 10 to 17 leva and put your umbrella on the yarn after the paid zone. The beach is clean and sandy. Take care of buying sunscreen in Minsk. Prices vary greatly, and not for the better.
Along the beach there are a huge number of restaurants and cafes where you can have a delicious meal. I warn you right away, be careful when buying fresh salads: if you want to save money on food due to poisoning within 3 days, we invite you to an Italian restaurant opposite the VICTORIA PALACE 4 * hotel. ))))))
They feed very tasty in the restaurant of their hotel, but they didn’t like the pork kebab, not in a hurry to serve their guests. They serve very tasty food in a cafe 5 minutes walk along the promenade to the right of the hotel (I don’t remember the name, but you need to climb 3 wooden steps, and the waiters are dressed in white, the cafe is corner, you won’t get lost)))).
About shopping: a wide selection of alcohol from draft beer KAMENITSA to Bulgarian vodka RAKIA. As a souvenir, you can bring cosmetics from the Bulgarian rose and with a rich taste of spices (in jars with a pattern). You will hardly find genuine leather anywhere on the sunny beach, think about buying beach shoes in Minsk. Good selection of quality jeans. I bought it for myself, I'm satisfied.
On the beach you can relax getting a massage for 30 levs for 30 minutes, ride a catamaran for 15 levs an hour, for 60 years on a parachute.
At the foot of the hotel is AMIGO BAR.
There is a happy hour (when buying one cocktail, the second is the same for free) from 8:00 to 24:00. Almost every evening there are staging shows, nearby for 3 left you can play a game of billiards.
Loved the mini golf courses. The price is 10 leva for 1 person without time limit - you just need to go through all 18 tracks.
Upon request, the meeting party offers excursions to various places: from rose gardens and shopping trips to water parks.
Water parks: Nessebar price for a full day 34 levs per adult, 17 levs per child; There are such prices in Sunny Beach, but when traveling for half a day from 15:00 to 19:0.24 an adult is left, a child is 12 left. Walking along the promenade_a footpath along the sea_ animators hand out brochures for water parks and invitations to different clubs.
Disco: Disco ORANGE - 25 left on weekends entrance. Grand - mostly by invitation. Mania - girls under 12 free.
A huge number of erotic shows: Black Rose, Red rose (free entrance), Playboy show (entrance 5 leva per person).
The day before departure, we met with the meeting party in the person of Desislava and found out the time of departure from the hotel. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is POSSIBLE to take packages of juice in hand luggage on the plane, DO NOT: beach umbrellas (they must be packed with luggage, the cost of packing luggage is 10 leva), piercing, cutting, pouring things (even honey and spices). They check people very strictly, up to taking off their shoes and groping both men and women. What they don't do for safety...

Rested with family in July 2011. I liked everything. Settled and issued quickly. breakfast of fruit is always bananas and apples. For dinner, cherries (it was in season), watermelons and melons. One day, however, rancid bacon and stale buns were served for breakfast, but this did not happen again. Near the beach, we did not take sunbeds and umbrellas, we lay on towels behind the paid zone (40 steps from the sea).

At the very least, if the noise at night is annoying, it's better to ask for rooms without a direct sea view. The staff could be more friendly (in a restaurant it's "not customary" to give change, the service of the British or Germans is emphasized faster and more polite than Russian speakers)
