so about the hotel: - hotel Soviet-era hotel They even have a bus stop named after them. The location is great. There is a bus stop nearby, from where you can go to Nessebar and Burgas, and take free shuttles to water parks. You won't hold back here. You can only find fault with the fact that on the one hand there is a road along which they drive supercars and motorcycles for half the night, and on the other hand there are several bars that try to shout each other out with music for half the night. … More ▾ so about the hotel:

Soviet-era hotel They even have a bus stop named after them. We slept with closed windows and doors. Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket Mladost. The prices surprised us. The price tag is cheaper than the promoted Janet supermarket. But the choice is much smaller, but there are all the necessary goods made in Bulgaria. If you need to buy something European, then go to Janet.
- room.
I was given a room on the top floor as requested. Sea view. Everything's OK. Air conditioning, TV, shower and toilet in the room. Bed is normal. A huge plus was the presence of 2 pairs of pillows: hard and soft. This surprised and delighted me. Towels, toiletries. I don’t know why, but we were wearing toilet paper every day. The whole tank was just set. Towels were changed once without our request. nitpicking: the room was remodeled. They tried to make a room with amenities and therefore part of the room was fenced off. Fenced off so little that I could sit on the toilet to take a shower. But there is of course a plus in this: you could make a bidet : -). Haven't tried it myself.
- the Internet
internet only on the first floor and in a limited heel. Plus, a limited number of simultaneous connections. Internet is not fast.
- Elevator
Only three people could ride in the elevator. I don’t understand this limitation when 450kg is stamped on the cab itself. At the same time, if you go from top to bottom, you can fill up tightly and you will learn about overload only on the first floor. But you can't leave the first floor like that.
- Breakfasts
as expected on the first day, I tried everything that was offered for breakfast and chose what I liked. This is what I had for breakfast every morning. In fact, the choice is small and cannot be compared with breakfasts, for example, in Berlin or Prague. You won't go hungry without variety.
- Beach
to the beach about 10 minutes walk. Sandy beach. They don't remove it. There are rescue booths with rescuers who, at the slightest wave, hang out a yellow or red flag. And in connection with these flags, no one is allowed into the water deeper than the waist. As a result, the waves did not sway. Rescuers behave aggressively not only with men, but also with women. Watched 2 fights between them and vacationers. Not good for friendly Bulgarians. Although, in my opinion, only Romanians work there.
- Swimming pool
There is a swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. I haven't swum so I can't comment on the water. I saw how every morning his man cleans. Pool of 2 zones: shallow for kids and deep.
- Gym
there is a small gym. I haven't visited it myself, but they say it's free.
RESULT: you can choose this hotel, but I advise you to do it only as a last resort, when there are no other options, or it has a good price tag, or with a very limited budget.

We arrived late in the evening, the staff was friendly, they immediately gave the keys, the room was quite decent, the balcony had a sea view, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small, the shower without a curtain, but this did not cause problems. The room had: TV (only we didn’t turn it on for a week), air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a table and 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. Window - double-glazed windows almost the entire wall. There is a pool, but we didn't swim there. At night, there is noise from bars on the street until 2 am, if it bothers you, you can close the window and sleep with air conditioning (it didn’t bother me). The hotel building is a 10-storey brick building (from the 70s), inside everything is normally repaired, the elevators worked. There is free wi-fi in the lobby on the ground floor, there are sofas with tables and there is a bar. The contingent was mostly British, there were few Russians, there were also some foreigners. Cleaning in the room is not very good, but if you leave a couple of leva (45 rubles) a tip, then everything will be cleaned perfectly. Safe only at the reception. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach, the beach is sandy, there are algae at high tide. The bus stop is very conveniently located near the hotel, you can go to Nessebar and St. Vlas and Burgas. We only had breakfast and they were the same (buffet), only fruits changed - one day watermelon, the other peaches, the third apples, etc. And so it was for breakfast every day: sliced u200bu200b(cheese, ham, cheese), cereals, sausages, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, egg-fried toasts, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, and tea, coffee, milk and some drink from the cooler. In general, I liked everything, we went from the Solvex tour operator, we didn’t take any excursions. Just keep in mind that although they say that Bulgaria is a cheap country, it is cheap everywhere except resorts)

Arda is the scariest building on the coast. If such horror was only outside.... Inside, the scoop and slovenliness thrive. The numbers are dead. I recommend taking dichlorvos with you for sanitizing the room.
The beds are sagging, the linen is ancient and with socialist linen stamps. The furniture was shattered, everything was leaking in the toilet.
Here, many wrote that this hotel is for those who are not demanding in terms of conditions, but simply want to relax. If its price was 10 euros, this would be understandable. But 50 euros for this misfortune is not serious. However, to each his own.
I do not recommend this hotel so as not to spoil my impression of Bulgaria.

Good afternoon, I stayed in this hotel with children. in my opinion, this is just a place to spend the night, I will not say that I expected a lot from 3 stars, but.... I’ll start in order, the territory is clean, there is a paid safe at the reception, the water in the pool was cool all the time, now the room is very small, one wardrobe without shelves, one shelf at the top was crammed with blankets and the suitcase ended up standing near the balcony, because There is absolutely nowhere to remove it, the balcony was not cleaned even once in 14 days, I’ll say more, even when we drove in it was dirty, they didn’t vacuum it even once in 2 weeks, the bed was changed 1 time, towels 2 times !!!! ! the towels were brought dirty once, I threw them on the floor, so they just wiped the floor around them and left them to lie like that, they could not throw garbage out of the baskets for 3 days, in short, I once looked at the cleaning of my room: they open the room, wipe the floor in the bathroom node, close the room. … More ▾ Good afternoon, I stayed in this hotel with children. in my opinion, this is just a place to spend the night, I will not say that I expected a lot from 3 stars, but.... And since we decided to fly on a last minute ticket, we immediately realized the beauty of waiting for booking hotels... It turned out that we didn’t go where we wanted and 4 more hotels refused due to lack of places. Confirmation came only from Arda. Judging by the number of reviews on the Internet, they prepared for everything mentally but tuned in to the positive. But everything turned out to be quite decent. On some sites, the hotel is declared as 2+ on some 3. Ordinary 3. and the reception has a paid safe, 2 computers with Internet access (4 lev hour, 2 lev half an hour), almost all rooms are air-conditioned (free of charge), although there were no air conditioners on the balcony on the first and second floors of the high-rise building. Breakfasts are the same everywhere, but there are a lot of cafes nearby (and prices too different). Cleaned every day, towels changed every 2 days. So everything is fine.
Of the minuses, there is no curtain in the shower, there is no thought out on the balcony where to dry clothes (we went to buy a rope and clothespins), there is no hair dryer.
Noisy only when the balcony is open.
Near the bus stop, and close to the supermarkets "Mladost" and "Pearl".
In general, everything suited, especially since we hoped for the worst)))

It's very nice to sit on the balcony and admire the beauty. Elevator normal. The only downside is that the hotel is located on the main street and you can hear transport at night, but on the other side there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. Without a transfer, you can go to Varna, Burgas, Sozopol, Nessebar. get bored after 2 days, not a very large selection of dishes. The pool at the hotel is good, large, clean, sunbeds and umbrellas are free. There are many cafes around, the prices are different. Everything was fine, there was a desire to return.

The rooms are clean, cleaned once a day, towels and bed every four days. To the sea 200.7 minutes through dozens of cafes and restaurants, shops, so you can stay from 7 to 50 minutes : ). In a cafe nearby, there is an awesome cappuccino with awesome cakes, the Germans won’t drag them by the ears. The beach is clean and free, so the Slovenes come with towels and their umbrellas, which cause the hidden envy of foreigners : ) You can take a paid sunbed and umbrella, pretending to be the purest European, but we know that you save on a sunbed and then you will drink more in a restaurant : ) cocktails are available there. … More ▾ The rooms are clean, cleaned once a day, towels and bed every four days.
