family traveled by bus from Kharkov. The road is long but tolerable. The hotel has paid Wi-Fi. The furniture is old but not falling apart yet. In the bathroom, there is a shower with drips on the ceiling, but we somehow didn’t care, it’s a troika. To the sea slap 10 minutes, but you can walk. Nice clean pool, well-groomed territory, children's playground.

Everything seems to be fine, but we did not like the policy of paid sunbeds by the sea. In order for the four of us to fall apart for a day on sunbeds, you need to pay about 30 euros. I'm not greedy - but it's expensive.
The room was cleaned regularly. Nothing is missing. The safe at the reception was not used.
You can go one time.

We stayed at the beginning of June 2014. This is our first holiday in Bulgaria. I liked the hotel in principle..... there are drawbacks, but more on them later. The staff is very delicate, many speak Russian, so there were no problems with communication. We paid for accommodation with breakfast, decent breakfasts, buffet, variety, but every day the same thing, on the 6th day we didn’t feel like eating anything.

The Internet is bad, the cost is 10 euros for a week, the connection is terrible, they could only call via Skype, and then with the video turned off. The social networks could not upload photos, constantly "thrown" from the Internet.
In Bulgaria, a lot of young people from Germany rest in Golden Sands, and they walk in the wild until the morning. Very noisy. Therefore, when checking into a hotel, ask to be placed away from these young people, otherwise you will not sleep. We were quiet, we slept with the balcony door closed, because. music plays everywhere until the morning and is very loud. Every morning leaving the room on the bed left 1 lev. We were cleaned every day and towels changed every day. They don't pick up very well. If you look into the corners, there is dust and cobwebs from a month ago. And the beds are old and dirty. But if you come to the room only to change clothes and sleep, then I think that perfect cleanliness is not so important. In principle, I would come again and settle in this hotel, because there is cheap housing. Walk 10 minutes to the sea. The beaches in Golden Sands are terrible, everything is filled with paid sun loungers 8 lev, and umbrellas 8 lev. As for our standards, it is expensive, so we were looking for a place where to lie on the sand, and this is a big problem. There are very few empty lots, and almost everything is occupied. We discovered the beaches in Albena. Go there 10-15 min. The car can be left on the side of the road before entering the city, as the entrance to the city is paid. The beaches there are beautiful, large, clean sand. There is a restaurant on the shore, the entrance is 12 lev, and there everything you want and as much as you want, everything is in abundance. That's how we went every day to Albena to the beach.

Rested with his wife for the first time abroad. The impression is contradictory. The hotel is located in a picturesque place, normal staff but the order is simply killing. In the middle of the night they can yell, squeal, hammer on the door in the morning - this is the norm. It seems that if the kovot was killed, no one would have noticed.

Meals all inclusive the hotel does not pull. Lovely dessert, lunch is fine, breakfast is monotonous with cheap fried sausage. I tried the sausage - it's impossible to eat. I liked the beer, no wine, strong drinks were not given. The beaches are mostly paid: 8lev. - lounger; 8lev. -umbrella, for two 24 leva or 12 euros. There is very little free / free / beach. After lunch, finding a place is problematic. We were very impressed by the Germans: boors, impudent ones feel like masters. They get drunk all night yelling songs, drunk with bottles of beer, they climb into the sea with wine glasses, after which people from the sea took out fragments of wine glasses. In exchangers, vigilance is needed, the rate does not correspond to reality.
It is best to change currency in Varna.

Very good hotel, I especially liked the large area, green and comfortable. There is always a place where to hide from the sun, from the noise and compatriots. Quiet, measured and calm.

Rested in Bulgaria for the first time. Before that, there was an experience of traveling to Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Greece. Externally, the hotel is not bad, everything is pretty neat, clean, but immediately upon check-in there were nuances. The fact is that we were given a room on the first floor in the far corner, the windows of this room overlooked the trash (because there is a restaurant under the first floor) these are numbers from 136-140.

On my request to change the room immediately, they refused me, saying that we should check in now (and it was 2 am and I was with 2 children), and tomorrow they supposedly will give another room. But having the experience of checking into hotels, I flatly refused to check in there, and said that until tomorrow we would spend the night in the lobby. As a result, muttering something obviously unflattering in my direction, the number was changed for us. But anyway they gave a room on the first floor, but in general they do not give the best rooms with views to Russian speakers. The food was all inclusive, in principle, if not to find fault, then normal. The food was constantly brought up, if it ended, and there was clearly more choice when there were many foreigners in the hotel. From alcohol - white and red wine, beer, sometimes vodka. There were fruits - apples, cherries, strawberries, oranges. Basically, you won't go hungry. The rooms are tidy. Cleaning consisted of taking out the trash, changing towels every 2 days. Shampoo, gel, soap were put 1 time upon check-in, toilet paper was put as it ended, there was even one washcloth. The bar in the room is paid. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are free of charge, on the beach for a fee. We never found a separate beach at the Pearl Hotel, although the travel agency promised (a separate hello and dissatisfaction with the work of the Prestige Tour Kyiv-Chernigov travel agency). You can sunbathe on your towels for free on the territory about 1m from the sea or away, behind all the paid sunbeds, but it didn’t bother me. The sea was calm and already quite warm. In general, Golden Sands beach is perfect for families with children (mine are 6 and 10 years old). We went on excursions in Nessebar. Hello Vaselin and Pavel, who offer excursions on the waterfront (near the "Eiffel Tower"). There are many impressions and memories left. The prices are affordable. Were in Varna in supermarkets, you can buy something from clothes. We walked along the embankment in the evening, visited restaurants with national cuisine, rode (children especially liked) on the train - 3 lev per person. Dollar exchange rate 1 -1.27 lev, euro-1.92 lev. Very understated from the official one. Be careful with the exchange. Many exchangers take a percentage (one thing is written, but they change at a completely different rate). Change to Raiffeisen Bank on the embankment, where the Admiral Hotel is, the rate is always higher there, but there is a queue. There are no language problems, almost everyone can answer and help in Russian. In general, the impressions are positive. I think we will return to Bulgaria!

Good day! I stayed in this hotel 2 times in a row, guided by the principle: "The best is the enemy of the good. " Among the locals, the hotel is called "Scandinavian" due to the fact that the audience is mainly from Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway (mainly teenagers and pensioners), etc. everything is decorous, slowly, quietly, unobtrusively and with units of compatriots !! ! I ate only breakfast, because for a variety of impressions, I wanted to have dinner every evening in a new restaurant.

I ate only breakfast, because for a variety of impressions, I wanted to have dinner every evening in a new restaurant. Breakfasts are hearty, appetizing, however, over time they become a little boring : ) The rooms are simple, neat, regular cleaning, change of towels, shampoos. Iron free of charge at the reception. All staff understand Russian. Only levs are used, the exchange rate for 1 euro is 1.94 levs, 1 $ ~ 1.70 levs. At prices that I remember (the principle is universal: the farther from the embankment, the cheaper).
Food for two, including the first, salad, something meat for the second (the portion is large for one, it is better to take the second for two), coffee will drag on somewhere for 15-20 euros. Ice cream ~ 3.50 leva 100g, a bottle of 1l of water-1.20 lev. On the beach: an umbrella-8 lev, a sunbed-also 8 lev, a mattress for it-3 lev. Total, 19 lev = 10 euros. But you can on the beach and for free. Very nice and well-groomed on the neighboring Riviera, admire it, you won't regret it! Admission is free after 17.00, if before this time, pay at the entrance, at least for an umbrella on the beach - 10 lev. Bonus mineral pool and 2 showers with thermal hydrogen sulfide water. Again, after 17.00 it is already free. Every 15-20 minutes there are buses to Varna, the ticket is 3 levs, the time is 30 minutes. Taxi drivers charge 20 lev. There are many modern supermarkets of various kinds in Varna - prices are lower than Ukrainian prices for food and things, which is not a sin to use. In Golden Sands, it’s better not to mess with gypsy-looking sellers - intrusive, prices are too high.
I chose the time for the trip consciously: it was still not crowded, not so hot, the water was not very hot, there were few compatriots (I include everyone born in the USSR among them), few children. From the tricks of the hotel, I note the following: when renting a room, they tried to knock down money for the so-called use of the refrigerator (I kept my mineral water there). Nowhere about this is indicated in the price list, during the settlement, too, they did not warn - such an unobtrusive service - this was not the case last year. And the second point is that all the rooms of the upper floors with a sea view go to the bourgeois : (

I wanted to go to Bulgaria for a long time, but it didn’t work out. So I went to the subway, read an article in a newspaper about Bulgaria and decided to go, my employee gave advice, she went 10 times, I went to this hotel on her advice, the trip was very cheap, that 8 more people agreed to go with us, we went by bus, they scored half the bus))) Everything was normal, we arrived in 18 hours, the border was without problems, they also settled right away (at night), although we had a settlement already in the morning, so we slept without a bed until morning (this is because we arrived earlier ) we had to drive 24 hours! the hotel is normal, if you don’t find fault, there is no hair dryer, no bathrobes and slippers, linen is changed, there is hot water, Russian films, programs and music are on TV, there is carpet in the rooms, there is air conditioning, but we didn’t use it, balconies.

They speak Russian, we took only breakfast, but rested in mid-September, so the diet was not great, the same thing. But tolerable for this money.... We brought with us smoked sausage, caviar, alcohol, went to Varna to the Billu supermarket, often ate with the company on the balcony! We went to cafes, the prices are not high. . . you can pay extra 5 euros for each dinner if you want.... If you don't have big requests, you can go. There is a swimming pool on the territory, but we didn’t even swim in it! I was in other best countries and hotels, but I liked everything, although the guys rested with us, they had claims. . . who expects what. There was no animation in September, I don’t know how it used to be, but we had so much fun anyway, an open-type hotel, a large promenade, a lot of disco, karaoke))) you can go to the sea at night, the sea is entertaining) If you decide, go. . . One, but. . . monotonous breakfasts, and go down to the sea for about 8 minutes somewhere. . . but discos are close! I fell in love if honestly with Bulgaria, this year I want to go to Sunny Beach! Get a room with a sea view!

I went to Golden Sands for the first time. Perla Hotel turned out to be optimal in terms of price and terms. Very cozy, clean. The staff is very kind + almost everyone knows Russian. A huge plus of the fact that there were no problems with the settlement and eviction. The room was cleaned every day, and if you leave a tip of 2 leva, then the room will simply shine when you return.

It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. . . but you don't feel it, for especially lazy people (like me) the hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi (umbrellas, sun loungers, jacuzzi for a fee, but cheaper than on the beach)
Cons of the hotel. Currency exchange in the lobby. all tour operators warn that it is necessary to change money only at a hotel or at a bank (go to the bank... God forbid !!! ). I obediently changed money at the hotel... on the last day I had 100 dollars left in 1 piece of paper, I asked to change me only 20, to which they told me it was either all or nothing... I had to go look for an exchanger, and it turned out that in exchangers and the rate is better, and, if you keep the check, the rate only gets better!!!
Lunch and dinner are better in restaurants along the sea... and cozier, and tastier, and also worth it.
In general, the hotel has only pleasant impressions. I advise those who for the first time or do not know where to go to settle in it.
