We had no illusions, because we knew that we were traveling on a budget, but there still had to be some minimal service, but...Upon arrival (I write upon arrival, since we traveled by bus from Kyiv for 48 hours, and that’s another piece of crap), we we were at the place at 7 in the morning, we were quickly checked in, bracelets were put on, and we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, since we were told that they would not check in before 2:00 p. m. , we changed our clothes and went to the sea. It takes 7 minutes to the sea, this is with crossing the bridge across the road. On our beach, there were huge rocks in the water that no one told us about, there were waves that tossed us in the water, and we all broke our legs.
We decided to go to the beach of the nearby hotel, on a wooden pontoon, and immediately behind it there is a beautiful and clean shore, they let us in without problems, but before that we went down a couple of times to the left of our shore, lay on blankets, almost near the sea, then the guards of the nearby hotels kicked us out, so we took our own deckchairs. There is a bar on the sea, in which there is no alcohol, behind the bar, and it was time to check in, from the 4th of the rooms assigned to us, we were given 3, and 1 room was missing, when asked how you confirm the reservation, they shrugged their shoulders, as an alternative, they offered to spend the night in a nearby hotel, and it turned out that this is their normal practice, since that hotel does not cooperate from tours
operators, there is no restaurant, the owner is one, so they give confirmation, and they resettle there, we raised the price, because we booked so that it would be convenient and cheaper, because we were traveling with a large group of women + children. Through the guide, they agreed that they would give the 4th room at 1:00 in the morning, after the departure of the guests, this room became vacant at 10:00 in the evening, and it was next door to one of our rooms, we would not have known about it, and before 1 : 00 o'clock at night, they didn't let us in there, even though we asked, because everyone wanted to rest, they were sitting on sofas, near the reception with children, right in front of them, they saw it, they had the impression that they were getting on our nerves and doing evil! The owner and the guide are so cold that they really feel sorry for us, they understand everything perfectly, but they cannot help, and our conversations, despite the fact that we have been on the road for 48 hours, we are all tired, we want to wash and rest, do not work for anyone !!!
I have personally heard the quarrels of vacationers with the administrators, on the same issue, and not only, but it is also dirt, and breakdowns, cleaning, such an impression that they no longer react to remarks. Rooms: 2 out of 3 were broken: toilet, shower, air conditioner, but in general, after 2 days of barking, everything was repaired, when it was time to wash, I saw that there was no soap, no shampoo, and no towels, 4 days we asked them to give us a towel, at least one for a room in which there are 3 people, we did not get lost and took clean sheets from the carts for cleaning, and rubbed ourselves with them, but what to do? By the way, that's how we got the towels from that cart, because no one would have given them separately, I'm silent about towels for the pool or the sea, there aren't any, take them from home. The canteen, as I read somewhere before, is located on the street, above the road, the food is disgusting and monotonous, fruits: oranges, plums, apples, and a couple of times they gave me watermelon, it definitely cannot be called a restaurant.
Their alcohol for the first 2 days was gin and whiskey, then there was a little vodka left, then only stinky rake, beer, and wine, well, second-hand drinks, and everything else - the finish line, ordinary water in glasses and in a machine in unlimited access . There is no animation at all, several times in the evening something was playing there, and in the afternoon I went and asked them to turn on the music quietly, and to play Rashi songs, but ours refused to turn it on at all. There are 2 slides, they are included according to the schedule, it is not enough for children, but at least something, there were enough sunbeds near the large pool. The location is really not bad, there is a bazaar there on Wednesdays, but don’t count on cheapness and bargaining, shopping rows that work until 12:00 at night, everything is within walking distance, they have everything, but from the minuses, we left it there all my money, if I sum it all up, I can say that the hotel has 3 stars, but the service is completely zero, and it all starts with the owner, who has everything on his mind. I was at 3*** for the first time, and probably the last time.
I hope that my review will save someone's vacation, because I have never seen such trash in my life!

Fruits included apples, plums and oranges. During the 10 days of rest there was never even a watermelon. Drinks included beer, wine, and Pepsi Cola on tap.

The beach is located across the road, you need to cross the bridge and walk along other hotels. Actually it's not far away.
There were slabs and large stones in the sea. You can go to the neighboring beach, where it is better to enter the sea.
There were waves all days.

This hotel is designed for tourists with a very small budget who came for the sea and excursions to Turkey.

The room is small, the furniture, plumbing are all old and very economical.

During our 10-day stay, our room was cleaned once. When we checked in there were no towels or paper.
Then at the reception they found out that they had to go and ask for something to be given to the room, and also ask for it to be cleaned.

The hotel has one animator. He held a children's disco at 21:00, and then the music just blared loudly until 23:00.

On Thursdays there was a foam party at the pool.

Amazing! The question arises, how does this hotel confirm rooms when booking. After our indignations, tired and exhausted by a long road. After all, they took us to a room with two other women. Family room, two-room, in one smaller room which, someone already lived, and we got the second room - stuffy, without air conditioning, the windows overlook a very busy noisy highway, the balcony did not close tightly and therefore we did not sleep all night, exhausted from noise and stuffiness. The next day and during the days of our further stay there, it turned out that our situation with accommodation is not unique, but, as it were, in the order of things for this hotel. First, the women are placed next to each other, and then (after, of course, long persuasion, scandals, demands - there is really someone who behaves in this situation) all the same, they are resettled in different numbers. We were also in this situation with 4 more women, already 60-70 years old, they were very scandalous about this, because their sick heart could not stand this noise and terrible stuffiness, and at the reception they “fed us with breakfast”, saying at first that they would be resettled from 10 to 12, then at 12, and then at 14, and even then it is not known exactly. There is no help from the guide Erzhan, he is at one with them. He came only on the first day of the meeting, he actively imposed excursions, then we did not see him. In general, until they contacted the official tour operator, things did not go any further. We slept (or rather didn’t sleep) in this room for two nights, and then we were settled separately, but in the same family two-room suite (by the way, we were later afraid that now unexpected tourist guests would come to us at night, as we once , but it worked). To put it mildly, all this is very unpleasant, and do those people who go on vacation need such problems, and not suffer from the first day. To me, no. There were people who did not care with whom, how and where to live, but to each his own, of course.
The second is food. Uniform, but that's not the point. Dirty mugs, plates, you constantly have to choose more or less clean ones. Problems with forks, constantly missing! During our stay there were poisonings - that's the worst thing. My friend did not escape this either, on the same day another woman was poisoned, but she could not even get up, she was lying, she felt so bad. And in the following days, too, we heard that people felt bad. In general, horror, what can I say.
Here are the two biggest downsides.
The sea is good, just take special slippers with you for entering the sea. The beach is sand and pebble. I liked that you can go near the shore and the water will be up to your shoulders, neck, but at the same time feel the bottom. The sea is the only plus.

Bedding is clean, towels too (towels are changed every 3 days, bedding once a week), the TV set worked with 3 Russian channels. The air conditioner was barely blowing, we told the reception and they quickly did it.
It’s about a 5-minute walk to the sea along the underpass, and if you go a little further, there will be an underpass and there is such a gorgeous view of the sea... there is where to take pictures. ) Sun loungers and mattresses are free, the sea was clean and warm, the beach was cleaned.
As for food: there is plenty of it. Breakfast is always monotonous, it's boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, many types of sausages and cheese (Well, how many... 6 for sure), semolina, Breakfast cereals, milk, etc. Another plus for me is coffee from the coffee machine, espresso, cappuccino. . .
Lunch and dinner: cream soup, lots of vegetables, always meat and soy cutlets (it's not tasty), mostly chicken, nuggets, 2 fish was. Fried eggplant, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. Always pasta of various shapes, rice, french fries, something like pearl barley....a lot of salads with mayonnaise, but I have not tried it. In short, there is always something to choose even for my two-year-old child... There are not many desserts, every day there was a watermelon.
The bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm, drink as much as you like. Beer, vodka, gin, white, red, rose wine (from bottles). Cola, fanta, sprite and juices (powder).
Free Wi-Fi at reception and pool.
Bottom line: the first time I was in the top three, I was driving with horror... but everything turned out to be fine. So don't read reviews from 10 years ago.
And once again, do not forget that you are going to 3 stars, not 5, and not ultra...
