The advantages are good, but I will describe the disadvantages. The very first drawback is the languages of communication of the staff - Turkish and German. I think that if the hotel decided to accept people from other countries, except Germany and Turkey, they must speak the languages of these countries (or at least English, which is international).
The next and probably the biggest drawback is the animation and animators. There is entertainment: darts, bucha, fitness, volleyball, water football and there are evening performances (I repeat, only in German and Turkish). BUT, the behavior of the animators leaves much to be desired. I am a person who does not divide people by profession, social status or the number of banknotes in their wallet, but this company of guys is something with something. Perhaps the hotel managers allow this, but I think that the boorish, obsessive and careless attitude towards vacationers is already too much. When you see this every day - annoying. I look forward to the day of departure home....I will not return to this hotel (only thanks to the animators)...
P. S. A wish for hotel managers: when choosing staff, please check more scrupulously the level of professionalism, communication and mental development of the people you hire... After all, entertainment during the holidays plays a very important role... And you have this area on double... .
I read a lot of positive reviews, I agree with many. But there are nuances that overshadow the rest of the hotel.
Vacationed with family in 2017. The first impression was great.
Somewhere on the 3rd day the first and most important nuance.
My tablet was stolen from my room. And they stole brazenly and unceremoniously. True, he was lying on the bedside table charging and yet. Of course we picked up everyone and everything, came from the reception. They searched the room for us. Well, so that we do not hide it ourselves (nightmare).
Turning everything over, of course, the tablet was not found. After checking the electronic card number, we saw that we had to clean up. Of course they called her, of course asked and of course she said she didn't take it and of course believed her.
We called the police and guides (thanks coral travel helped). Both came.
Police after talking to the hotel said that most likely we hid it and if we write a statement and have no right to deport us. Well, nerves are on the verge, we agreed, because we were right. When they wrote a statement from home (we called them) they dropped the IMEI code.
Then I told the guide that I have a tablet tied to iCloud and I see where it is, and if they don't give it away, I'll find it and there will be problems. As a result, the tablet was thrown into the room and again checking the electronic card number saw that before that came the cleaning.
And what do you think? Released a careless woman? How could it not be! ! ! ! ! . She did not clean our room for 5 days after that (she was offended that she probably stole the tablet) and did not refill the bar leaving drinks on the doorstep.
The first impression was, to put it mildly, oily.
Then he noticed other oddities that were biased towards people from the CIS countries (to all).
And foreigners (well, I have to introduce the CIS besides us) were served without a queue (that is, if the first came to ours, and the second served them to the second), when they talked to ours, how they brought (or rather did not bring) drinks and so on.
And it's not just my opinion. Everyone I talked to at the hotel noticed. I definitely don't want to come here anymore.
On the plus side - a beautiful beach, and great animation - hello Tito and the company they are great. Although they tried, that is, the animation is definitely a plus!
