Upon arrival, do not expect to get on foot from the highway to the sanatorium: far, steeply downhill and unrealistic. That is, you must immediately either take a ticket from the airport to Partenit or get to a stop on the highway, and then wait for a local minibus that runs about 1 time in 40 minutes. Buses run regularly from the sanatorium to Yalta and Alushta.
Entrance to the sanatorium: vacationers - according to sanatorium books, the rest - for a fee.
Beach - small pebbles with sand, sun loungers - according to sanatorium books. For the first three days, the temperature of the water was 23-24 degrees, then the temperature of both water and air was 21 degrees all the time, the water was clean. If there was no wind and clouds, they sunbathed on the beach, if there was wind or clouds, then it was cold, they hid in the rooms.
The park is large, varied, but not well maintained, mostly remnants of former luxury.
Meals: healthy soldier's food, we didn't go hungry, but don't expect frills. Fruits are mostly apples, rarely plums. Maybe due to the closing of the season, but only one restaurant on the beach worked, and it’s not clear how.
1 and 2 the second building (mountain eagles) are closed for repairs, it is indicated that until May 2017.
Next, I describe the conditions of the superior comfort room.
The decoration of the room is a clean scoop, but it didn’t matter to us. Two beds, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Terrible shower curtain that is sure to crawl up your back, then a full bathroom of water. An entertaining heated towel rail made of a half-inch metal-plastic pipe, amused. There is no shoe horn, no clothes brush. Ironing board and iron at the sister's on the first floor. At 23 o'clock the building is closed like a pioneer camp. On Wi-Fi, you need to get a password in the radio node, and Wi-Fi is only available in a few (about four) places. Ie, it is necessary to catch it somewhere, it is not in the rooms.
Mosquitoes - eat a little, it is better to take a fumigator with you.
There are facial and bath towels in the room. Beach towels and bedding are not provided.
There are two glasses and a plate in the room. There was a cooler in the case, then it broke down and there was no way to get boiling water. Bring a kettle with you. You will buy water in the city.
The swimming pool is open only in winter, while we also had it under renovation.
The pump room is not working.
The dolphinarium is a separate legal entity that has nothing to do with the sanatorium. We did not get there, and the prices are there: 5 thousand rubles for 5 minutes. Dolphinarium is a lure.
The fountain is open from 21:00 to 22:00 every other day. The jets of water and music are not synchronized, the colors are generally faded.
The main contingent is pensioners.
The cultural program.
A day later, dancing, then cinema, sometimes third-rate artists came.
Guided tours are offered in the dining hall lobby. We did not go, because this is not the first time in Crimea. Together with the neighbors at the table, we agreed with the driver (there are many offers, we had Vladimir 8-978-737-94-59), he also carried out the transfer and was a guide. We went to Balaklava and Khersones. It turned out cheaper, besides, we had the route and time ourselves. To the airport back also through it. We also went to Massandra on our own, a good excursion, get ready that you will leave from there with a box of wine, even against your will. (The peculiarity is that at the tasting they don’t let you taste the most famous wines, but they sell more diverse ones than it was at the tasting, so it’s better to decide in advance on the list of wines that you want to purchase).
From the places surrounding Partenit, be sure to go to Aivazovskoye. (300 rubles ticket price, for pensioners - 150) Plan more time: the park itself is wonderful, and you can swim on the beach there. To get to Aivazovsky - two stops on any bus from the main entrance. Not a bad excursion to Ayu-Dag, very interesting - around the sanatorium. We went on our own to Cape Plaka, the estate of Raevsky, the estate of Gagarina. Passage to Ayu-Dag is free.
Do not count on serious treatment. We were not prescribed mud, massage - only at the end of the term. In general, they say: “You are entitled to three procedures, the rest are paid. The best treatment is air, mountains, phytoncides. ” The staff in the medical building is friendly, and in the residential buildings and the waitresses are dissatisfied with everything. Another wonderful treatment - in the market at Tigran's wine for bottling! Cognac is burda, and chacha and wine are delicious.
The voucher booked by me at the end of last year was with the “increased comfort” category. Arriving at the sanatorium on September 14, the first disappointment awaited me - I was told that there are NO superior rooms at the moment.
My mood immediately deteriorated, because. Expected one thing, but offered another....When asked why there are no rooms of my category, if the ticket is booked, they answered “we don’t know..... ” Strange, isn't it? They offered to live 5 days in the standard (Building 9). I paid for my stay in full. There was nothing left to do but to agree..... The number was not distinguished by frills, everything was like in the USSR. The inconvenience is also that it is impossible to completely unpack your things, so that later you can pack everything in a bag again and place it again in a new room.
An important point is that when I came to the initial appointment with the doctor, having learned that I would be moving to another building in 5 days, I heard great dissatisfaction about why I came, when I move, then I will visit the doctor in the new building. My arguments that I don’t want to “lose” days on the procedures worked, and I was prescribed ALREADY TWO PROCEDURES (magnets and electromassage) !!!
After 5 days, hoping for the best, I came to receive my expected "superior" room. I was sent to another building No. 4, they asked me to pay about 600 rubles, which I did (although it aroused suspicion that the “high comfort” room differs in price from the “standard” for a period of 21 days by only 600 rubles! Something here not so, I thought…). What was my disappointment when, having entered the new room of BUILDING No. 4 on the 12th floor, I did not see ANY differences from the previous one !!! ! Disappointment repeated and multiplied. There are 3 faceted glasses, 2 plates, an old small TV in the room…. . There is no kettle, I don’t even talk about a hair dryer… The linen looked like it was used for more than one month without washing by many vacationers. The towel just stank, I'm not afraid of this word! I asked me to change at least the towels. The lovely maid came to meet me! Thanks her! The toilet paper is dark grey, like sandpaper. In the toilet in the dining room there was a sign SHAMED - "do not use toilet paper for hands, there is a dryer! " I may not want to dry my hands with hot air, but they tried to refuse me this too!
Two elevators in the building (for 3 and 5 people) regularly failed in turn, and I think they are “ninety on Saturday... ”. They were repaired quickly, but the frequency of breakdowns was alarming. The staff in the buildings, the doctors, are very unfriendly, with rare exceptions, I would even say unfriendly, showing with their whole appearance THAT THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT I LIKE HERE OR NOT. They talk with arrogance, as if they accept me in their house for FREE. At a doctor’s appointment in the new building where I was moved, they flipped through my card filled out by another doctor, silently wrote something, and asked if I wanted to do a cardiogram? Everything is in order with my heart, so I refused, said that I had problems with my back, I would like to get a massage. I was sent to the post of nurses, they said that they would send me where necessary. And they sent…… Procedure - NUGA-BEST bed. This dubious procedure was prescribed without examining my state of health, without agreeing with me, which suggests a low qualification of a medical worker who SHOULD KNOW about contraindications, in which the use of Nuga Best is in principle prohibited. I did not tempt fate and did not attend this procedure. I have never been able to find a doctor during working hours in the office. This is where my "treatment" ended. I naively hoped that in the sanatorium I would have time to visit at least such doctors as a gynecologist and a dentist, because. I work and can't visit them at home. But they quickly had to forget about their desires. There was no mention of this!
On the territory there is a phyto-bar with various types of tea and herbal decoctions. This is a paid pleasure....30-60 rubles for a glass of different sizes, jam is also offered, 50 g for 50 rubles. For example, in other sanatoriums, herbal tea is prescribed by a doctor and, according to the sanatorium book, this pleasure is released free of charge as a healing procedure. Another disadvantage is the lack of a pump room.
Before that, I visited the Yalta sanatorium in Yalta, Pirogov in Saki, everything was at a very good, decent level! There is something to compare.
In the dining room, everything is tasteless and unappetizing, from fruits - apples and plums (a couple of times). ALL. It's grape season! Vegetables - one circle of tomato on a lonely plate OR a circle of cucumber... I brought vegetables with me from the market. I love them. But potatoes are the main side dish in all dishes! And in the first course a full plate of potatoes. This sanatorium in the Crimea!! ! And not in SIBERIA or Alaska! Mustard, sauce, vegetable oil, napkins were also brought with them! Paper napkins were cut into 2 pieces. I'm just SHOCKED!! ! It's amazing that in the 21st century everything here is the same as it was 50 years ago! It seems that people do not even suspect that everything around has been different, comfortable and convenient for a long time. Sad is not the right word. . .
Terrible traffic situation! From partenit to Yalta there is a small bus like "Bogdan", which is packed to capacity, the last flight from Yalta at 19-15. The interval is once per hour. In Alushta about the same.
At the meeting - the bag is kindly taken to the Reception Department by an electric car for free. And no wonder, the territory is 42 hectares. But when you leave for delivery to the checkpoint you need to pay 100 rubles! Somehow unkind.
BENEFITS - yes, they are, but they are few. The sea and the beach are close. The water is transparent. Bear Mountain nearby. The air is amazing. Nature has tried. The area is in good condition. The club shows new films for free. Artists come for money, this is also good as a cultural program. BUT THIS IS ALL THE GOOD I CAN SAY. I don’t want to come here anymore until everything I wrote about changes.
