We arrived in the afternoon.
They put us in a room that was old, dirty, smelly.
From the ceiling in the bathroom, sewage flowed straight onto his head.
Shabby furniture, smell of mold and dampness, dirty floors.
Attempts to relocate us to another room were unsuccessful, we had to spend the night in this cramped room.
No one at the front desk wants to do anything.
In the morning, the next day, when we turned to Victoria's guide from the TUI agency for help, we heard in response that no one was interested in our problems, since she only sells excursions.
Discontent and unwillingness to help and solve the problems of their tourists.
I had to solve this problem myself.
Only after the scandal at the reception, the administrator Olga agreed to move us to another room.
With food, too, everything is very bad, it simply does not exist.
Not tasty food, dirty dishes, tables.
It's the same with the beach. Old deck chairs, uncleaned beach, cigarette butts everywhere.
Who gave the hotel 4 stars?!
Ruined vacation and wasted money.

We arrived around 7 am. At the reception they said to pay 20 bucks for early check-in and breakfast. The rooms are not bad, everything worked properly, with repairs, but the breakfast is a nightmare. Cleaned up every day. The center of Marmaris is 1 km away. The first line, although no one is watching the beach, is dirty.

Zero choice, chicken is served in portions. Tasty and appetizing was not enough. From fruit - berries they gave only Watermelon. For some reason, Turkey, which is famous for olives, was not here (. There will be a shortage for the sweet tooth, there were 2-3 types of cakes for dinner, and if you have time, then you're lucky. the boy at the reception said that we didn’t have enough bread, and they didn’t make it, asked at least fruit, for example, to give an apple. Answered that the kitchen is closed, but there are no keys. I have never heard such nonsense. If you are not tied to the hotel, I regret that we took (like) all inclusive. I would not return there again! Depending on how you set yourself up, but the hotel is terrible…

We were in the 3rd, 2 adults and 1 child, towels, shampoo, shower gel, a blanket were for two persons, we walked for 4 days and asked for more sets for the child, we were promised to bring each time, but we didn’t what we didn’t get, after 4 days, we found a maid and took what we needed from her ourselves.
2. Staff: rude, talking, the bartender refuses to serve.
3. Meals: all inclusive is a scam! The food is just terrible, it's just not possible to eat, there is no fruit - not at all, the bartender pours 1 glass and that's it, and then refuses to pour it, and because of this, there are constant scandals with the guests with him. Only breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, there are no snacks at all, there is not even something primitive at the bar - from the word no, it’s nothing at all, that is, from 14:00 to 19:30 you go hungry and this is called what all inclusive!!!
4. The rules established with the covid situation are not observed at all, nothing is disinfected, the temperature has never been measured, you put food on your own in the dining room, the only thing you need to do is to wear a mask and gloves. Dishes are dirty and broken.
5. Beach: this is a separate horror! The beach is from the hotel, but no one watches it, the whole city comes to lie on the free sun loungers, they drink, smoke, etc. , for 8 days no one has ever cleaned it, dirty unreal!!!
Guys - think 100 times before going to this hotel. A ruined vacation is guaranteed here.
6. Wi-fi is only at the reception and it does not always work, although it was written in the tour description that it is available throughout the hotel.

Disgraceful bar along with the same bartender. 3 types of alcoholic drinks, beer and a coffee machine that doesn't work all the time. When paying all inclusive - you can’t take alcohol in 2 glasses, everyone must personally come up himself, and repeat no earlier than ten minutes later - some kind of tin. The food is dumb and smelly, zero variety. There are no cooks, no waiters. Plates are removed and trays of food are brought in by some dark personalities in washed-out shorts and T-shirts from somewhere else. Moreover, in the same clothes, they lie on dirty deck chairs, and then lay out food in the dining room. In general, a complete tin. I ate with my wife in city cafes so as not to spoil their vacation and not get poisoned.
In Turkey, for the 9th time, there are no words from indignation. "Dear" Intourist - your guides do not respond to our complaints, how can you send your citizens to such a pigsty, and even for such money. At this price, you can go to any other 4-star hotel and feel like a man for your money.
Friends, keep in mind that 4 stars is according to Intourist. In fact, 2 stars and no more. In Russia, for such sanitation and cuisine, the so-called "hotel" would have been closed long ago. Moreover, the hotel itself does not position its star rating at all. In general, be smart, learn from the mistakes of others. BRRR - I do not advise even for nothing.

Dear tourists, especially future ones, run away from the "mehtap hotel" !!!!!!!!!!! ! the whole of Russia has been scammed! almost all tourists who bought services, the location of the Mehtap Beach hotel, ended up in the mehtap families (and these are several buildings of the unfortunate (Izhevsk, Kazan, Ufa, Nizhny Novgorod, Almetyevsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities of our vast Russia.... ) in short: there is no beach, everything is paid, to the sea 400 m. through 4 public transport roads, where no one will give way to you at pedestrian crossings. to the mehtap beach is more than 600 m. you can eat only eggs for breakfast, bread, watermelons and salad from salad a little tomato and cucumber. the rest managed to spoil everything! there are almost no drinks in the bar (there was water in the cooler, but without glasses). when asked why the food is so bad, the answer is one: "we feed so as not to die" and this is more than 100 dollars per day for each for 2-3 local accommodation!!!!!! ! They didn’t give a single towel to the room. Feeding breakfast. Hotel guides, suitable for age as sons, are rude, calling tourists suckers, tour managers - suckers and only representatives of the meeting side are the best and nothing to do with m, they refuse to decide anything at all! p. s. in Turkey was the 9th time in hotels of various stars, but I did not expect such a setup.... took a long time to choose a hotel. The requirements were as follows: 1 coastal, albeit a modest hotel, but with good food. the goal was to improve your health, get back on your feet after an injury, the sea, swimming (long walking, loading, running, jumping - all this is prohibited at the moment. . ) the trip went only to the detriment

A polite guy at the reception talked to someone on the phone and gave us information that our room was not ready for technical reasons and we would be settled in a nearby hotel for one night (La Beirut Hotel. A few words about it: under renovation, but the rooms are well maintained , the bed is white, the furniture is new, only the shower is small. The staff is very polite, helpful, they fed us a delicious breakfast in the morning, and in general a very pleasant impression was created).
They came to Mehtap at 12:00, settled in an hour and a half later, because. the number has not yet been cleared. It turned out to be more spacious, the shower is rather big... The towel was in the hole, as was the sheet. The furniture is normal, the room was cleaned every other day or every other day (if you treat the maid with chocolate). Great view from the window - the sea and mountains. The fact that there is a noisy cafe below - you need to understand from the very beginning when you settle in the center of Marmaris. You cannot find a quiet place on the first line here, you need to be prepared for this.
Food: I would have liked better, but we were not hungry. Not very varied. For breakfast, several types of cheese, cheese, sausage, sausages, boiled eggs, a variety of olives, black olives, daily vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, salad. For lunch, one first course, every day french fries and nuggets, pasta, porridge, stewed vegetables. For dinner, in addition to the above, once there was fish (delicious, but it's a pity that only once in 7 days), chicken, stew.
There was always watermelon in unlimited quantities, sweet 3-4 types.
Drinks: free alcoholic drinks - beer, wine, rum, gin.
b / a - juice diluted with water, cola, fanta, coffee, tea.
The hall is constantly cleaned by waiter boys, a good bartender Ibrahim)
Iron - at the reception for a fee, 5 lira for half an hour.
The sunbeds are terrible on that piece of the beach that is. The first row from the sea is occupied by the sunbeds of the neighboring hotel, where you can take a drink and lie on their beach all day. The sand is dirty, sometimes with garbage (unlike other beaches and hotels, even on the city beach).
Wi-Fi catches barely in the lobby, in the rooms it pulls very weakly, not to mention the beach. Television is only Turkish, with one Russian channel.
In general, the impression is not the best, but if it is possible to close your eyes to some disadvantages, then the rest will be positive.

For me, this is a complete disappointment! We rest for 3 days, while there are more disorders than rest. Let's go in order: 1. Most of the hotel guests are elderly people who are well over 50, the feeling that they ended up in some kind of USSR sanatorium, and not in fabulous Marmaris. Thanks to such neighbors, all the sunbeds on the beach will be occupied even before breakfast at 8:00, so be prepared to pay 10-20 lira for a crappy beer or cocktail to take a sunbed on the territory of a neighboring cafe.

Let's go in order:
1. They are still with you and are happy to knock over a plate in a restaurant.
2. Cleanliness, it does not exist and apparently never has. This applies to the lobby, and the restaurant, and the summer terrace and the beach. Nobody wipes the crumbs on the tables, the tables are sticky, the specials are all stuck, salt and pepper will have to be mined in the literal sense of the word. It's scary to get your feet wet in the pool, let alone swim there. There are no beach towels, for the use of hotel towels there is a $10 penalty for each towel. They can be bought in a nearby shop for 10-15 lire. The iron here is also paid, you have to pay 5 lira for half an hour. A paid iron is something, I have never seen anything like this even in Ukraine.
3. If your husband complains that you cook poorly, bring him here, and then in a couple of days your scrambled eggs will seem like manna from heaven to him. The food is disgusting, nothing to eat! Yes, they put out a lot of dishes, but it is simply not possible to eat it. Every day the food is the same, tasteless and cold, it seems that before serving it was simply taken out of the refrigerator and did not even bother to warm it up. French fries, nuggets it is not clear from what, boiled eggs in tomato sauce and a bunch of dishes of unknown origin are just guards. Also be prepared that the plates will be plastic, and those that are ceramic with chips.
4. Staff. Well, what can I say, hug and cry. They don't look good, dirty. The guys who clean the dirty dishes from the tables right there in front of you will wipe the sweat from their foreheads with a T-shirt. At the same time, the management completely ignores this, they walk with an air of importance and look at rarely seen young girls.
5. You will not sleep here, you simply will not succeed. Under the windows of the institution, starting from 6 pm until the very morning, music of the 80s will be yelling and closed windows will not help you. And when the music has already died down and it would seem that you can sleep, a call to prayer will be heard.
6. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, lying on your bed you will perfectly hear the TV of your neighbors, all the conversations and nightly corridor quarrels. It is better not to stay here with children.
What is really remarkable here is the sea! Very clean and transparent. Even at +30 you will feel comfortable.
Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Just don't waste your money and holidays. Before the trip, read a lot of reviews and did not believe. Learn from the mistakes of others, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Add a couple of thousand hryvnias and choose a normal hotel, it’s better not to save on this.

When choosing a hotel, there were basically 2 points: the first coastline and proximity to the center. We stopped at Mehtap Beach. We read a lot of negative reviews, but still decided to take it. The impression of the hotel is very good: the rooms are cleaned daily, the cuisine is very varied, delicious. There was always a lot to eat and tasty, in addition, there were snacks between lunch and dinner.

All rooms with sea view! 10 minutes walk to the center. Yes, this hotel is designed for youth recreation, as music plays from the nearest cafes until the morning. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is not the place. Then take 3 coastal and do not complain. The hotel has a swimming pool, but very bad, we did not swim in it. (And why, if there is such a wonderful sea nearby) The staff and the owner of the hotel are very sociable, always happy to help. They speak Russian, English, Turkish. We became very good friends. Cheerful, friendly and good guys!! ! The only downside of the hotel is the poor wifi. He is only near the reception and then catches very badly. In the rooms, the Internet does not catch at all. BUT! Everywhere there is a cafe nearby: buy a drink and use Wi-Fi to your health. For young people - this hotel is just a godsend. Every evening there was a free shuttle to the bar street, we used it several times, then we went on our own, since the hotel is located almost in the very center. We were very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel again.

So, let's begin. I’ll explain right away that I’m in Marmaris for the 7th time, and I know this resort very well, the hotel was chosen only because of the very low price and there was an advantageous offer for a large group of friends. I rested in this hotel for the first time in 2011, immediately after reconstruction, it was clean, tidy, for 6 years the hotel was completely killed. Upon arrival at the room, we were horrified, the rooms are dirty, the hair in the bed, the toilet and shower are all stained. Towels are torn and dirty. When we asked why the maid (Ukrainian) was so dirty, she began to complain about her life and health, while not hiding her attitude to work. Towels were changed every 3 days. They didn't change our linen even once in 2 weeks. I had to beg for toilet paper. Further is better. Wi Fi Does not work in the rooms only at the reception, and very bad. On the beach, you can not rely on communication. When visiting the restaurant, there was a burning desire to immediately call Elena Flying. Breakfasts are poor. Lunches and dinners: if you do not come at the very beginning, in an hour there will be empty tables, and when asked to bring meat or vegetables, the waiters shrug their hands, saying that everything is over. The food is disgusting, and so are the drinks. I’m not pretentious at all, I ate vegetables, but it was sad to look at the men, they ate french fries for 2 weeks. Watermelon was once every 3 days. The worst thing is that the waiters and bartenders walked around in street clothes with dirty hands, without hats, nothing was read on their faces except disgust. The beach is a separate song, at 6 am the crusades begin with the conquest of sun loungers. The beach is not cleaned, it is dirty, the mattresses are old, the beach fights are just terrible, vile, they can calmly grope the girl, but if you start to resist annoying courtship, they can impose well. Of the entire coastline, this hotel has the largest number of stones at the entrance to the sea, very unpleasant, you can cut your leg. If you look from the sea, it is obvious that all the beaches, except for this one, are much more decent and well-groomed. As a result, on the 2nd or 3rd day we got tired of fighting for sunbeds and began to go to neighboring (paid beaches), you buy any drink and lie down all day, no one bothers, there are only Europeans around, polite staff, WiFi loads perfectly. We ate in restaurants throughout the Marina everywhere it was very tasty. Dinner for two with a bottle of wine about 100-150 lira (2500-2800) In general, I sincerely advise you not to go to this dump. The only plus of the hotel is the location and the Russian girl Olga at the reception, who sincerely tried to always help us. Kudos to her. Thanks for attention.

Small cozy hotel for young people. There is almost no territory, but the sea is within walking distance. Around – Marmaris! ! Bar Street, Grand Bazaar, shops, discos… You won't be bored. The beach is average in cleanliness, there are free sun loungers. The coast is rocky, pebbly. For lovers of luxurious beaches, there is Nirvana Beach in Icmeler, a bus stop nearby.

The beach is average in cleanliness, there are free sun loungers. The coast is rocky, pebbly. For lovers of luxurious beaches, there is Nirvana Beach in Icmeler, a bus stop nearby. It is still cool to swim in May, but you can just sunbathe by the sea. The pool at the hotel is tiny and there are a lot of people around it, you can’t rest calmly.
We settled in immediately, there was no hype with tourists. The staff is polite, however, not everyone speaks Russian. The resort is still more European. No matter what room you stay in, the SEA is everywhere! The view is chic. The room itself is not new and the air conditioner has long been in need of replacement, but so far it works and thanks for that. They try to keep cleanliness - there is no dust, no dirt, no debris. The towels are decrepit but clean and smell of violets.
The hotel is certainly modest. The rooms have minimal furniture. The food is also not very varied. Meat - only chicken, the rest is soy. Eggs, fresh vegetables, standard side dishes like potatoes or pasta. In general, at home, without frills. It is better to take alcohol with you, only beer is delicious in the hotel. Also take towels for the beach, they are paid and worn here. We did not find cheaper than 10 lira a piece in textile shops and regretted that we did not think to take them from home.
