Food is ok, but very monotonous. Meat is mainly chicken and fish. From the side dishes - rice, pasta, potatoes. From vegetables - cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, peppers. Pros: Desserts.
Service is utter horror! The maid changed the linen and towels only on the 4th day, and then after $ 2 was left on the bed. I washed the floor once in 6 days, wiped the dust once too, and then not everywhere. With shampoo and soap in general, the trouble was given only on the day of arrival and that's it! I had to ask every day, and then demand, because the requests were repeatedly ignored.

The room is clean, bright, cleaned every day, no tip left. We couldn’t set up the TV, but we didn’t need it - just for the sake of sports interest. The air conditioning worked for us all day, so the room was heaven. A significant plus of our building is that it has its own swimming pool. You can go swimming in the main pool, but there are a lot of people there, and here it is quiet and grace. In addition, it is forbidden to swim in the main pool after 6 pm, but here you can splash all night long. I want to tell you about the food - it's heaven! We were fed 6 times a day, the tables were bursting from the abundance of dishes. Everything is very tasty. There are always several meat dishes. There are many desserts, but they are all very sweet. I want to try everything, every time they bring something new. There were no complaints about freshness either, the stomach was never capricious. From drinks they drank mainly water, tea, coffee. It is absolutely impossible to drink juices - these are powdered drinks. Cola, fanta - we basically do not use this. We did not try vodka, wine is not for everyone, you can drink beer. There were no complaints about the staff either, everyone was very polite, smiling. Probably due to the large number of foreigners. Of the unpleasant things on this vacation, there are only dissatisfied faces of our compatriots, moreover, of an adult and elderly age. As for recreation and entertainment: there are options for every taste. Do you want to hang out all night long on the street of bars, and sleep during the day, do you want to sit in a hotel or lie on the beach, do you want to go on excursions. the food is insanely delicious, the chefs are professionals, there is always a large selection, everything is fresh, and sweets are generally delicious))))
200 meters from the sea, there is no private beach, at first we went to the beach of the flamingo hotel, for 3 sunbeds and 1 umbrella they took 9 bucks from us, we walked for 3 days, and then found out that there is a free beach near the golden horn hotel, there on the beach a volleyball net is stretched, of course there are no sunbeds and umbrellas, but we were lying on towels near a palm tree, so the sun didn’t get too hot
the staff at the hotel is cool, the waiters generally work like bees, at the reception they will always answer any surveys, BUT, no one speaks Russian, only they understand English,
