First, about the good, that is, about what we liked.
1. Sea. The best thing ever. Clean, calm and warm during the day; playful, with cool waves rolling no after dinner. None of those with whom they talked on vacation, it did not leave indifferent.
Entry into the sea with a narrow ridge of pebbles, the bottom is sandy, even and uniform in depth.
2. Beach. Sandy, large and spacious. There was enough space for everyone, even local Turks who came from Ozdere. You can freely settle down, sunbathe if you wish, away from everyone, walk along the long shore. There are rocks where it is interesting to watch the surf, sea urchins and crabs.
There were not enough sunbeds, the problem was solved by leaving a beach towel until the next day or if you occupy them in this way in the morning.
The beach was not cleaned, only rubbish was taken out of the bins.
You can’t call it clean, but there was no large debris either. It didn't bother us all that much.
3. The territory of the hotel. It is large and spacious. There is an area with the shade of palm trees and shrubs, covered verandas, bar awnings and beach umbrellas. There are three pools: for kids, then up to 130 cm with slides and a large swimming pool up to 160 cm. All of them are cleaned and processed daily. There are fenced areas for football, basketball, tennis, table tennis, minigolf. Inventory is ok.
The territory is looked after, watered and mowed, garbage is removed.
Perhaps this is all that I liked, or for which there were no particular complaints.
Further - about the shortcomings and about what strained.
1. Incineration of garbage (most likely in order to save the cost of its removal and disposal). The procedure took place daily 3-4 times a day on the roof of the hotel from the coastal leeward side. Just like a daily repeated ritual.
The result is the smell of burning synthetic-polyethylene on the beach and especially in the surrounding area of the hotel, bars and rooms (we advise you to lock the balconies of the rooms for the day).
2. Cooking under the canopy of the hotel near the open dining room (frying fish and other "snacks" on the grill). Almost every day after dinner, this ritual smoked vacationers in the surrounding area, on the balconies of the rooms and in the rooms themselves. This was especially annoying during the dinner itself - there was nothing to breathe from the smoke.
3. Monotonous and poor nutrition. Lack of fruits (except watermelons and green apples - and this is in the season! ). Natural meat was only on the first day (chicken), hard cheese - the last couple of days, the dominance of soy cutlets - sausages was especially annoying. We were saved by fish such as sea trout, mackerel and anchovies, which were served "for 2 days every other day. "
4. A meager assortment of free and paid alcohol.
No white wine or beer in the hotel bars during the day is par for the course.
5. The rooms were not cleaned without a reminder from the maids, and then it came down to changing linen every 3 days and a vacuum cleaner. Tipping didn't help the situation.
6. Delays in the supply of clean dishes, forks and spoons, unhurried cleaning of tables in the dining room.
7. Sluggish internet combined with weak WiFi only in the lobby bar and in the hotel lobby on the floor above.
That's probably all that I wanted to focus the attention of future visitors to this hotel.
From ourselves, we note: it is a pity that the strategy of organizing a business by the owner of the hotel (a minimum cost for the service for tourists, they say, the beauty of nature compensates for everything) will very soon lead to the final decline of this once prosperous Club Lookea Maxima Bay 4 *, which is located in a very beautiful place Aegean coast of Turkey.

As young people, the number is not very important to us. Everything worked. The bed is big. The towels are white. Only the toilet is yellowish. For several years now)) Soap and paper, we immediately pulled off the cleaning lady, so as not to strain with their replacement)). Yes, and not in toilets with soap happiness. The staff is friendly. The hotel area is very beautiful. Everything is well-groomed, already beaten by time, but well-groomed. The sea is excellent. If you walk further along the coast, you can find a lot of nooks and crannies for various activities. Every day we swam on a wild beach nearby and saw off the sunset on the slope in complete solitude, with wine and tangerines (they grow there). If you wish, you can wander along the slopes and hills dotted with olive, pomegranate trees, have a picnic. Alcohol is not diluted. For two weeks we didn’t get poisoned, didn’t sprinkle, didn’t piss... and other sores didn’t happen to us. The food was quite varied (although the kids probably don’t have much choice, rather a menu for adults). On our own we traveled to nearby places such as Ozdere, Kusadasi and Izmir. Everywhere friendly people, help if something is wrong. I advise you to visit local restaurants in Ozdere and try fresh fish. Very tasty for little money. In terms of entertainment in the hotel, it can really become boring for someone, the programs are monotonous from day to day from animation, but we did not get bored. Both Poles and Czechs rested, but only Belarusians were dissatisfied))) So the conclusion is: if you want to be away from everyone with your wife or girlfriend, alone with the sea and nature, arrange a romantic in a hotel room to feed and drink, you are here . This is not the first time I have been staying at the hotel and this time I made the right choice. I like the hotel very much. Quiet place, beautiful scenery. The clean beach is very impressive, all garbage is always removed on the beach, the sea is clean and gorgeous. The beach towel can be changed every day without any problems. The animation is just a little off. Rest is just amazing. . Regarding the fact that the hotel is located 37 kilometers from the city, as tour operators talk about it, some people just need to be careful and make the right choice and know exactly what you want, and not express your dissatisfaction later.

If you wish, you can walk around and take a photo that your friends will be surprised by nature and the absence of crowds of tourists. By the way, the beach received a blue flag. The chef is great! Worked in a hotel for many years. The food was varied: there was meat and fish and oriental sweets and fruits. And porridge. . Well, you're in a country of a different culture. About language. Yes, the problem is that the international language of communication is English. But it's not for nothing that so many phrasebooks are published, there are also mobile applications : -) Wi-fi in the lobby, but this is typical for many hotels. They gave out a password and there was no fear of catching a paid one. You can also call viber. I do not deny that the hotel is fading in terms of building. Not strong animation. I will say right away that those who write that something is super here are either dummy or do not care who do not care about hygiene, nutrition and who do not feel sorry for their money. Let's start with the pros, there aren't many:
1. Clear sea.
2. Normal beach, pleasant to the feet (except for cigarette butts in the sand)
3. Territory of norms, but sooo small.

And now to the most interesting. And yes, if you are a clean person and squeamish, you are definitely not here!!!!
1. Hall. Reception. Workers no boom boom in Russian. Only through a guide. But then you will not constantly catch it. The hall itself is disgusting, very old, with peeled chairs, but I generally keep quiet about the tables. For recreation, it's sooooo dirty here. Glasses and cups, napkins can lie on the tables for half a day. A little to the left of the main hall, the walls are glued with black wallpaper, a cat constantly climbs on sofas and pots.
2. No coffee in vending machines and bars. I mean regular coffee. You won't try latte or cappuccino here. Wash yes, no coffee.
3. The elevator is the chieftain full! Forever dirty, hand-baked, constantly breaking. Two control, additional elevators is a kapets. You will see in the photo, you won’t believe me that this is happening at all in the hotel.
4. Numbers. Well, there's no evil here. The walls seem to be painted. After renovation, but the bathroom is everything!!! ! I complained, asked to change the room, but as it turned out, such darkness is everywhere. The bathtubs are so old, tattered, the toilet bowls have a yellow coating, the plumbing is prince: covered with a coating of stone that cannot even be wiped off. The towels are old, tattered and often stained. Washed so much that more than my hands, I did not wipe anything with them. The dryer on the balcony was broken (taken from another room). The TV is buggy, the size of a laptop, which hangs at an incomprehensible angle, somewhere on the side. When we settled in, I wiped all the surfaces with an antiseptic. There was some dried blood on the fridge! This is the end already!! ! Well, about the Carpets, I think you can guess what they can be (((((bed is good, large. Sheets. Yashi clean. The duvet cover was in a felt-tip pen and with small holes ???? .
5. Nutrition. Well, my idea of chic Turkish tables has dropped to zero. For breakfast, I say right away, except for scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheeses, cucumbers and tomatoes with tails, there is nothing to eat! For children, it's just a disaster! Save the watermelons they love. No porridge, nothing. Every day is the same. I was infuriated by the daily fries and fried sausage and sausages. On the frying hands are clumsy, pipets !! ! Everything is overcooked and dry. If you're on a diet, you lie to eat salads. But those who like to eat yummy, will have to lose weight ???? . Coffee, as I said, a bucket from the machine. Well, the question is, why do this? Well, is it really impossible to bring the ass to the push. (By the way, the toilets in the lobby are disgusting, dirty, with trash cans always overflowing to me).
8. Children's animation. I would slap the leader for such a bream! A crowd of children gather near the adult pool, without wiping the water off the tiles, and dance there! Rare shit!! ! Parents stand along the pool so that God forbid the child does not fall! Slippery, dangerous!
9. Music hammers all night, the Turks have fun, it's very uncomfortable to sleep. There is no time limit. I went and asked to sort it out, no one changed anything.
10. There is one table for billiards and tennis. You can play.
The most interesting thing is that I do not understand the meaning of animators. You can't see them all day! No programs!
The building has a hall for animation, abandoned along the way. Nothing is being done there!

HOTEL - not for parties, but for relaxation, both physical and mental!! ! for families, etc. IMMEDIATELY decide what you want and desire.

The first surprise - the whole bus - immediately to one hotel (no one was taken to hotels), and this is the floor of the plane))). and in front of us, near the entrance to the hotel, there was another bus - it was unloading... We drove for 25-40 minutes (no more).
Despite the immediately large flow of people - they quickly registered in turn and sent for dinner - they waited !! ! )) for a normal dinner, everything was enough (who wanted to take alcohol as well). After - they gave the keys to the room and we went... (MAYBE someone needed an escort... but due to the large influx - they simply did not have time... but they helped older women... so you could ask, but we didn't need to.
Note: many asked for a "better" room, "with a view", etc. It's good that I didn't ask for a pool and didn't give money. . . We got a triple room for two)) with a view of the trees, bushes, a hill with the inscription Ozdere. . . nothing bad. . . AND EVEN THE VICE VERSE:
many complained that the pool view was noisy - and the kids all day in the pool, and the bar, and the music, etc. who needs what. . .

BECAUSE OF THIS - Kusadasi is very close - go ahead!! ! here we didn’t call a taxi and went on foot to the road - everyone who will drive their car from or to the hotel will give you a lift (we were driven 4 times), even if you don’t vote). You can also get to the lake and take a bus from there... we were taken from the hotel to the road - they stopped Mikrik to Kusadasi and drove off (something about $ 5 per person). Drive 30-40 minutes. In Kusadasi there is a big market! , cafes, shops, etc. pier!! ! a fishing pier and a market and a cafe... in general - a big city where its own life (but with a focus on tourists)... Back also by minibus... NOTE: leave in the morning - as it will be necessary to spend the whole day in the city, not to run).

The hotel was recommended by people who vacationed in 2014 under the French owner! I liked the sea and the dry climate. The room is standard no frills, But! It was cleaned twice during the entire stay, settled in a dirty one, only the beds were remade, dust and dirt on the furniture and windows, sand underfoot, they wiped themselves with wet wipes, the toilet seat was yellow.

The room is standard no frills, But! It was cleaned twice during the entire stay, settled in a dirty one, only the beds were remade, dust and dirt on the furniture and windows, sand underfoot, they wiped themselves with wet wipes, the toilet seat was yellow.
The food was still tolerable right away, but then the Turkish tourists threw them down to about 80%, they decided not to bathe at all in the kitchen, french fries and nuggets, fried sausage, the main course and UPI drink from the machine for the electorate, the meat was only chicken, once we came across beef, fish twice. There is nothing to feed the children and this is a problem, there is no alternative food nearby. On the second day, I noticed that they were bringing wine from a far corner, they hide it well from the eyes, the bottles are behind the counter, you can’t see them so that they don’t take it again. Animation is weak.
The worst!! ! During the day, garbage is periodically burned on the roof of the hotel and this smog of burnt plastic goes through the windows and settles on the pool and playground.
