The next day we rested in a makeshift gazebo near the sea away from the sun. There are Turks in the gazebo, but they smoke everywhere, There is no ban on smoking in public places. No one heard our request not to smoke close to the child, including the administration.
A couple of days later we wake up at 2 am from the noise of a walking Turkish company. Please be quiet, we are sleeping. At first we were advised to close the doors (and they are already closed), then take a pill and sleep. We called the reception. I'm waiting for the arrival of Russian-speaking staff. It turns out that this is a problem for such a hotel! The guy from the reception came and said that the Turkish tourists had no problems, but I had problems and showed my hand at the door so that I could sleep. I didn't go to bed. But she began to loudly describe the problem. Then he waved his hands and said to wait 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, someone who understands Russian came. For about 20 minutes, he, with vacationing Turks, a hotel worker and a dozen other service personnel, allowed themselves to discuss me in my presence (the word "light brown" was often used) and, moreover, I did not understand them.
After listening to the Turks, this guy came up to me with the words that the company did not violate anything. To my indignation, he first said that I was a guest, and not he was a guest, then he calmly says, she went to x-th. HERE IS YOUR TRUE PERSON - ATLANTIS HOTEL!! ! Turns out it was the animator.
In the morning, the Russian-speaking Sonya at the reception said that she knew everything and that the Turkish vacationers were reprimanded.
Simple as that! No one said a word about the boorish behavior of the hotel staff. Everything is covered! I was not provided with a meeting with the owner of the hotel for 5 days. Sonya said that he was not. There is no one to talk to, I don't know Turkish.
SUMMARY
About a thousand people rest here. Constant movement. Here they do not want to know about the problems of the hotel staff. Here they DO NOT RESPECT YOU and they wanted to spit on your vacation. Be quiet and you will be smiled. If not, then they will calmly say "FUCK YOU! "

Our check-in turned out to be quite long, allegedly “the rooms were cleaned for a long time after the departed guests”... The Coral tour operator did not even bother to ensure the presence of its representative upon the arrival of our rather large group, later it became clear why... Most of us solved the problem for € 10 - 25 with the acceleration of check-in through the hotel staff (apparently, the representative of the tour operator is also in the share), but upon arrival in the room there was not even a shadow of this long and painstaking cleaning (windows and mirrors are dirty, century-old dust under the furniture... ).
Bed linen and towels are always dirty, poorly ironed, all stained. There are stains on the walls from water leaks. No soundproofing in the rooms! It is better to take pillows with you, it seems that the available ones are made of ropes twisted and tied into knots. Often there are interruptions in the water supply!
The number fund for a long time and persistently requires deep and thorough modernization!!!
On the one hand, I was pleased with the restaurant: a varied and high-quality menu, and on the other hand, it was frustrating - complete unsanitary conditions, worse than in Egypt: the tables are dirty and greasy, flies everywhere, dishes and cutlery are washed very poorly, just like fruits and vegetables, but stray cats and dogs roam freely throughout the restaurant, horror!! ! Be sure to take medicines for gastrointestinal infections with you if you still decide to visit the hotel!!!

The declared daily cleaning of the room is of poor quality and does not stand up to criticism, the vacuum cleaner is not used at all, the dirt is simply carried around the room with a smelly rag, the plumbing is not cleaned at all!! ! There were cases when the room was not cleaned for three days and you had to call and call the staff to order. Cleaning of rooms, their pest control, as well as mowing the lawns under the windows are carried out not during the absence of vacationers in the rooms, but during the afternoon rest (sleep) and nothing else. It is during lunch in a restaurant directly in the eating area that they will dismantle the roof and change the smoke exhaust system, not earlier or later, so that your plates with dishes are covered with a decent layer of “seasoning”. This is a customer-centric approach
The main beach just sucks, there are more cigarette butts on it than grains of sand! Two small beaches on the rocks for only 50-60 people are in complete decline, however, sun loungers must be occupied on them until 6 in the morning, there are no places after. But the sea is gorgeous) Sometimes there is a breeze and a storm, after that the water cools down a lot, but this is nonsense compared to the rest... And not a single lifeguard!!!
There is absolutely no first-aid post, no thermometer, no brilliant green, no iodine. Only an attentive dude with a beard, more like a jihadist than a doctor.
You can't find an iron and ironing board in the hotel, but there is an ironing service available for €2!!!
Animation for children is available, however, it is very monotonous. There is a day care group for children. For adults, all the entertainment is designed only for the Turkish-speaking audience.
Excursions offered by the tour operator, in our opinion, are very expensive and it is far to go everywhere. It’s better not to think about a shopping tour at all, a complete scam and a waste of time at four baited spots!
Surely, the ignorant will be interested in observing the local public: there are plenty of Russians, but most of all the Turks (some of them have long been Germanized and brought their Bundesfrau to their historical homeland), there are enough Germans, Belgians themselves, even Poles and Ukrainians come across.
It seems that the hotel is really designed only for locals, apparently, that is why the Turks just openly spoil themselves, litter, our compatriots, oddly enough, appeared in the best light compared to them and other "hotbeds of civilization") The young offspring of Turkish are constantly yelling Sultan with the complete indifference of their mothers. Ours would have given a slap and it would have been enough for a month in advance) We watched a scene here when a mother in a restaurant, with the full connivance of the staff and tenderness of civilized Europeans, during lunch, substituted an empty glass from the table for her 3-4-year-old son to urinate !! ! And at the end of this sacrament, she calmly put this already filled glass on the table and, as if nothing had happened, continued the meal!! ! Who will then be lucky to drink from this glass? Maybe you)? Wild country - wild customs... And yet they are breaking into highly cultured Europe)
The “highly esteemed pasha” also rested here with a harem of four dull-draped ladies... The 21st century is in the yard!
Periodically, a German-speaking lesbian couple came across with the sister of one of these “pious ladies” who joined her and the daughter of this sister, who is 15 years old and she, like everyone else, watched their gentle mutual hugs and strokes. And this is in a Muslim country!
