For people who are accustomed to a decent quality of food, a good expensive vacation - this is not here. This is a vacation for people who are not pretentious, who in their lives have not eaten anything except chicken, french fries, Olivier salad and cheap fish.
We (2 adults) had a luxurious Deluxe room (Room 1204): 65m2, new good furniture, everything worked, in general, as it should be. Cleaning in the room is average, because the floor was not wiped even once in 15 days, only towels were changed every day, linen was changed a couple of times. Mini bar: we don't drink sweet water or their alcohol, only water. We were replenished after 4 DAYS after arrival, they brought 12 bottles at once.
PROS of the hotel:
1) A small but good green area where you can relax at any time under the pine trees, hiding from the sun's rays.
2) Good work of the attendants, waiters throughout the hotel.
Waiters will serve you free of charge and quickly both in the restaurant and on the beach, by the pool.
3) There is no card system, towels in any quantity, you take it in one place and leave it in another, everything will be done by the attendants.
MINUSES:
The food is disgusting!! ! Change your chef now! Not only are there no seafood, there are no elementary squids and shrimp every day, only for dinner on Tuesdays, so all the food is very salty, peppery and overcooked, just translate the products! If the MANAGEMENT SAVE on products, then let what is, be deliciously cooked!!! ! You manage to make meat and fish so dry that it is impossible to eat them. Forget about delicious coffee, branded alcoholic drinks during your vacation.
Contact Guest Relation for nutrition, if possible, they will satisfy your wishes, but only individually, not for everyone. For the level of Rixos and 5 * hotels, such food is unacceptable !!!! ! A lot of people complain about the food, Guest Relation writes down all the complaints, but the management does not hear them !!!!! ! Let the management save on something else, and not on food!!! ! Hear it finally!!!!!!!!!!
The only place where you can have a delicious meal is only at the Mermaid fish restaurant once every 7 days. Tour operators misinform customers that you have a paid Japanese restaurant, we are ready to pay money for delicious Japanese food, but, alas, there is no restaurant in the hotel, although it is declared as existing !!!
The sea is dirty, the entry into the sea is terrible!! ! Definitely not recommended for families with small children! Parents carry their children in their arms and swim with them so that they do not step on thorny stones with their feet.

There is no dress code for dinner in the hotel!! ! The public living in the hotel considers it acceptable to go to the main reception in swimming trunks. For dinner in T-shirts that are about to tear, shorts and sandals. Therefore, do not take jewelry, chic dresses, heels with you, you will look ridiculous against the general background.
If you still decide to go to this hotel, I strongly recommend you:
1) take aqua shoes with you;
2) stock up on a large pack of pills for diarrhea (for the entire period of a 2-week rest, the toilet became our true friend), infections, antibiotics.

I address this review to demanding and fastidious tourists, so that they avoid the main mistake - to wait from Rixos Beldibi for a holiday corresponding to the status of 5 * and the name of Rixos. The current rating of the hotel is 4.76, it dazzles in the eyes from reviews of 55555... Everything is exactly the same as in December 17th, when my wife and I chose and booked this hotel to arrange a heavenly 3 for ourselves and our two little princesses week vacation. Of the minuses that we knew about in advance, and for which we were ready - a rocky entry into the water. In May, in response to tourists, someone wrote that the entrance had been cleared and landscaped - complete nonsense. The “cleared” zone is clearly visible from the pier - on an area of .10x10 meters, the stones lie in one layer, and do not pile up in piles)
Settlement. We arrived at the hotel early - around 7 am. There were no free rooms, we were sent for breakfast, promising a room by 11 o'clock. The room was vacated only at 12, it doesn’t matter, with the treasured cards we went up to the 4th floor, the odd side is a view of the mountains (beautiful !!! ).
We quickly (but in vain! ) looked around, changed clothes and went to the beach. The territory is well-groomed, if there are any questions from the staff, it is to the gardeners. Sun loungers can be found almost at any time, they are scarce only in the shade of trees. The system with towels is very simple - you take as much as you need, and then you leave it wherever you want. In my opinion, the workers liked scraping them out of the box handed back less than collecting them from the sunbeds)
The sea is clean, the sunset is terrible, the pier is comfortable and roomy (it also has sun loungers and umbrellas).
The first miracles awaited us upon our return to the room. Found:
- the shelf in the refrigerator with a crack, bent a lot, but, for some reason, did not break;
- there is a large puddle on the shelf under the sink;
- one of the doors of the sliding doors to the shower sticks when opening, additional efforts cause creeps to fly off the rails;
- the shower switch in the faucet shoots with a jet of water, moreover, an infection, hot (and we have two little girls);
- the playpen provided for the little one had a hole the size of her head on one side - not that the arm / leg would get stuck, she could crawl out of there.
In fact, the kipezh had to be raised to the fullest already at this stage. This is Rixos 5* - premium! (
We contacted the guest relations officer. That's someone who always had enough work, which says a lot. In a good hotel, they either sit idle or are absent as unnecessary.
They came quickly, changed the playpen and the shelf in the refrigerator, fixed the problems in the bathroom (the faucet dripped again the next day).
Okay, we came to rest, let's not be picky, yeah.
The restaurant has a conditional variety of dishes and conditional service (as elsewhere in the hotel). Abundance appears on weekends, when the hotel is packed to the eyeballs with those who came for the weekend, or on the day of the visit of dear guests (owners / bosses). With all this, chipped and unwashed dishes are in abundance. Rixos 5* premium.
Staff. About a third can be seen that with a fair amount of experience, the rest, such an impression, were recruited from the street before the season. In a beach bar, any free waiter can be a bartender. Mojito, which the wife periodically ordered, was edible only every second, and normal - every fifth. And at night they started biting us (and children! ) Bed bugs. Complained again, we were offered to process or change the room. We looked at a couple of rooms - and one had separate beds, in the second everything was sad in the bathroom and again the rowing sash of the door in an effort to fall out. The second moment when it was worth digging into the throat and achieving a better life. Agree to processing. I don’t know what they were processing there, but after 3-4 days they started biting us again, and in the morning I took the bedbug right off me. Rixos 5* premium.
By this time, more than half of the vacation had passed, and we had already unleashed a small war. We wrote claims, our travel agent girl wrote to the head office of the hotel and the tour operator... As compensation, we were offered a large family room. Since there was little point in moving to another hotel for the remaining 8 days, we agreed. At least no one ate us there.
As old-timers from the hotel staff told us, three or four years ago it was really good. But you always want to save money on everything...
Rixos 5* premium. Do not expect too much from him, and your vacation may turn out to be wonderful and unforgettable, as many write in the reviews here.

We arrived at the hotel around 8 am, met with a smile, politely offered to go to the main restaurant for breakfast. Somewhere at 11.00 they gave the key card to the room and the Wi-Fi password.
1. Number: lived in a standard room 1249 with a side view of the mountains and the sea. Modern, clean and comfortable room has everything you need a huge double bed, a very comfortable mattress for the back is just a fairy tale, safe, air conditioning, plasma, minibar replenished daily. Cleaned the room daily, carefully.
2. Territory: not big, but very beautiful, green and well-groomed. The sea is clean, the entrance is rocky and inconvenient, but the pier is very convenient, so there were no problems. There are plenty of sun loungers, you can take as many towels as you want.
3. Staff: polite and responsive, responds to all requests very quickly.
4. Food: the food is varied and very tasty, there are always soups, every day fish, chicken, lamb, beef, cereals, cheeses, pancakes, fruits, various snacks and salads. You definitely won't be hungry.
5. Internet: Wi-Fi works great throughout the hotel.
The hotel is quiet, calm, animation is completely absent. Live music played in the evenings.
Be sure to fly this year to rest in Rixos Beldibi.
Conclusion: The hotel is very decent. Recomend for everybody!! !

The territory of the Rixos Beldibi hotel is a special mood: lawns with green grass where you can walk, lie down and sunbathe, flower beds, flowers, palm trees and many pine trees from which there is a unique coniferous aroma. The hotel has Russian-speaking managers who will solve all your problems Vladimir and Irina. The hotel staff is very friendly and all smiling and correct.
Food is a special point of our stay in Rixos - the number of dishes and their variety is impressive. A lot of delicious meat, there are lamb and veal and poultry, everything is cooked right there in front of you on the grill. Vegetables of all kinds, fresh and cooked, can not be counted. Fruit is everything, in May we ate apricots, strawberries, watermelons and much more. The hotel is located in a very picturesque place, between the mountains and the sea - the landscape is like on a postcard.
During our stay in Rixos Beldibi, no trifle overshadowed our holiday. A lot of guests were with children - everything for the kids is provided and meals and a playpen in the room.
I can't wait for my next vacation to spend it again in Rixos Beldibi!
They settled us within 5 minutes (moreover, the room already had an extra bed for children). The room has a very comfortable bed and pillows (usually pillows in hotels, to put it mildly, "not very", here - like at home)!
