Honey moon honeymoon

So we were there on our honeymoon. Let's start with the fact that the staff of the travel agency ordered us a cold plate: we were told that "the kitchen is not working" and no one gave us anything (although room service is 24h).
We took only breakfast: a chic buffet.
The interior of the hotel is very colorful and unusual.
The location of the hotel is good.
I would like to note that the site said: a surprise is provided for the newlyweds and the travel agency informed them about this in all documents! But we had to remind ourselves of this.
These are all trifles, but on vacation there is no desire to sort things out. In general, not a good impression was left about the service of the hotel.
And in general, the design of the rooms is the same on the site, but in reality everything is VERY different from the pictures.
We advise you not to book rooms with "garden view", because in fact, the view is not on the garden, but on the fence (and there is still poor ventilation).
