On top of that, a group of friends gathered, 3 families, as a result 6 adults and 4 children, one of which is 2.5 years old, i. e. small. One "good" friend advised this agency. We came, talked, told what we wanted, what we were ready for, what we had an idea about holidays in Europe and, in particular, about the Canary Islands. Why am I writing about this, because holidays in Europe (Canaries) are different from holidays in Turkey or Egypt.
One of the important points is that all the beaches in the Canary Islands are municipal, respectively, paid sun loungers and umbrellas. The beaches are state-owned, respectively, and not always clean (to pay tribute to Turkey, they have an ideal beach)

I must say right away that on the island of Tenerife (one of the Canary Islands), this agency offered us a choice of three hotels Altamira, Callao Garden, El Beril. Why these do not know, but it does not matter. I must say, we were very negligent in choosing a hotel, that is, we completely trusted Sergey Trukhanov, because it seemed that he was a person with experience, but there was no time to select a hotel due to work. They asked for good rooms, they doubted the beach, because there was information on the Internet that there was no beach, but Sergey told us that the opening of the beach at the Callao Garden hotel, which will be right next to the hotel, is scheduled for July 01.

What they could then offer the client, depending on his needs and capabilities, the most suitable option.
Our choice was one of two options: between Callao Garden and Altamira or EL Beril (the last two are close to each other). Sergey told us about the lack of a beach that we would not even suffer, because everyone on Terenif goes to different beaches. Especially since we planned to rent cars for our entire holiday.
Our “good” friend just returned from Callao Garden satisfied, Sergey, after conferring with the director (with us right at the agency), decided to send us there, that is, to Callao Garden, especially since this wonderful hotel has a chance to get T2 rooms!

Channel 4 is free, and 1 Euro per hour, they will kindly show you another 15 channels, among which for some reason 1 is Russian-speaking. Come on, I already started to find fault (although Sergey, the super head of the tour department, didn’t know himself.

This has never happened anywhere on vacation: aftershave lotion disappeared from our room (then I saw fragments of it under the sink), cosmetics samples from friends disappeared!
In the morning, having recovered a little after a difficult flight, having examined the rooms with horror, we went and talked with our guide Natalya! Everything is as usual: yes, the rooms are bad, but everything is busy, I'm nobody here, maybe my boss Artem (we called him Arthur Pirozhkov for some reason). The “big boss” Artem said that he would make every effort and try to arrange everything.
They decided to talk about our affairs, it would be better during the “presentation”. When buying a tour at the New Tourist System agency, you sign a paper-obligation to attend the presentation of the program, if you don’t attend, then the deposit of 500 Euros (which was taken from us right at night) will not be returned to you! After talking for a long time, we eventually said that we were not ready to invest that kind of money in such a dubious quality of a room))) In general, it is not clear how you can offer people to buy something when you put them in such a hole?

I will not describe here a lot of unpleasant nuances from a conversation with this “boss” Artem, I can only say that this boss is 28 years old and somehow he does not pull for this position. He sighed, and finally said this: If you buy a club membership from us, then it makes sense for us to relocate you! And if you do not buy anything, then, accordingly, we cannot resettle you. You understand yourself, I will move you, and then you won’t buy anything, and then they will punish me, it turns out that you just have a good rest, and we won’t get anything from it. We are very sorry…. But like this.
Even the most offensive, the second place, where the Altamira and EL Beril hotels are located, are really on the first coastline. The beaches are right in front of the hotel and shady in both directions, going from one beach to another for several kilometers! We are with children of different ages, from 2.5 years to 12. Especially with a small child!
If you are a normal worker in this area, look carefully at the composition of families, advise.
Naturally, Sergei, represented by the travel agency, after our calls and SMS, no matter how hard he tried, he could not do anything, so we lived in these rooms! Our friends, the cat arrived a week later at the same hotel, the agency said that we are resting in the presidential suite, and they don’t understand why we are unhappy!
