Terrible hotel!!!
1. Location. The hotel is located in the suburbs of Estepona. A 20-minute drive from the nearest party in Porto Banus (on average 30 euros - one way!!!!! ). There is nothing near the hotel! no shop to buy water, no restaurants, no discos, no decent place where you can spend the evening (including the embankment - you can’t walk along it in the evening... because it’s dark! and nothing is equipped there for a pleasant evening walk) .
2. Beach. We did not like the access to the beach near the hotel. firstly, everything is in stones (from small to quite decent sizes) - accordingly, it will not be possible to swim in the salty waters of the Mediterranean Sea. secondly, the beach is dirty. thirdly, constantly cold water (thanks to the Atlantic currents) and impressive wave sizes. I don't think I would let my baby swim.
Although there are small pluses - a two-minute walk along the coast there is a beach - Costa Natura. There are practically no stones there, so we swam a lot there. But you can hardly go there with children, because. this is a nudist beach. Of course, no one canceled the waves)))
3. Hotel. During the day, of course, all the people are at the pool. In the evening, the hotel has only two places for "entertainment" - two restaurants.
The hotel itself is good. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, everything is there. The buffet is not bad, but if you live there for two weeks, then the "variety" of the menu will get boring, because. try everything in the fifth circle)))
There are practically no young people in hotels. It is designed for pensioners, mothers with children.
Therefore, if you dreamed of a secluded vacation away from everything, to be alone with your thoughts, then you just need to visit this hotel!!! !

2. Entertainment: they are not there! Dine and sleep! Hotel for the elderly. Occasional live music is played in the bar.
3. Location: the hotel is located 30 minutes drive from the city. There and back 60 euros by taxi. There is not even a poor shop near the hotel. There is generally nothing nearby, like on a desert island.
4. Meals: buffet breakfast, the same every day. Lunch is good. Dinner is a la carte, terrible. It is better to change dinner for lunch. Everyone there does it.
5. For children, apart from the children's pool, there is nothing. We saw the kids club but it is always closed. No baby food!
And now a separate "thank you" to Natalie Tours!! ! The meeting party SUCKS!! ! We flew out on Saturday, and were at the hotel at 9 am on Sunday. Who did we pay for one day. . . ? Our flight was also late. When we settled, we agreed on the option of extending the room, they said 60 euros and there are no problems. On the penultimate day, we went to the reception - we can not extend the place! The hotel was 30% full!! ! Called the guide, said that he could not help. The prospect of spending the whole day by the pool in 40-degree heat with a child did not please us. I made a mess of everyone. Including tour operator. Thanks to the girls from the Grand Tour Voyage travel agency, this issue was resolved. And the question is, what was this circus for?
We go on vacation twice a year. And we take good hotels 5. But this is the first time we have encountered such disrespect from the hotel. Natalie tours, as always, was not surprised by anything. they do not need VIP clients who take expensive hotels.
I would not recommend this hotel or this tour operator to anyone!
