A hotel for those who want to spoil their holiday. We stayed two weeks in this hotel, booked two rooms. I do not even know where to start. . .
1. Beach: we were told that it is sandy: huge blocks of stones both on the beach itself and in the sea. Only extreme sportsmen can enter the water, and then in shoes and helmets. Children do not swim there at all. Who is going to visit this "luxury" hotel, get ready for the fact that you will swim in the pool with bleach.
2. Entertainment: they are not there! Dine and sleep! Hotel for the elderly. Occasional live music is played in the bar.
3. Location: the hotel is located 30 minutes drive from the city. There and back 60 euros by taxi. There is not even a poor shop near the hotel. There is generally nothing nearby, like on a desert island.
4. Meals: buffet breakfast, the same every day. Lunch is good. Dinner is a la carte, terrible. It is better to change dinner for lunch. Everyone there does it.

5. For children, apart from the children's pool, there is nothing. We saw the kids club but it is always closed. No baby food!

On the penultimate day, we went to the reception - we can not extend the place! The hotel was 30% full!! ! Called the guide, said that he could not help. The prospect of spending the whole day by the pool in 40-degree heat with a child did not please us. I made a mess of everyone. Including tour operator. Thanks to the girls from the Grand Tour Voyage travel agency, this issue was resolved. And the question is, what was this circus for?
We go on vacation twice a year. And we take good hotels 5. But this is the first time we have encountered such disrespect from the hotel. Natalie tours, as always, was not surprised by anything. they do not need VIP clients who take expensive hotels.
I would not recommend this hotel or this tour operator to anyone!
