Basically, this is a pool area, medium in size and a small children's area. The hotel area is on a small hill, so it offers a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. Our room had a large bathroom with brand new fixtures. Cleaned the room efficiently and in a timely manner. The room had everything you need, the main thing is that it was quite spacious and there were awesome beds)))))) We had no complaints about the service, everything was like everywhere else. everyone is executive, trying to do their job, very polite and quite friendly. in general, we hardly noticed the hotel staff. As for the food, it's generally great! This variety of food cannot be described in one review, everything is amazingly delicious, so much so that you want to eat it all at once, but you won’t be able to do it no matter how hard you try)))) At the same time, every day there is something new on the menu, so it’s just unrealistic try, I think even for a month! The sea / beach is nearby, it is worth leaving the hotel. The entrance to the sea is good, the water is clean. I think we will definitely come here again!

1. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-groomed, and within the framework of Spain - rather big. Green cozy lawns around the pools.
Pools: two large, one deep for swimmers, one with a shallow entrance and a smooth deepening for everyone. One small pool for small children.
Sunbeds by the pools, in principle, had to take, but within reason. Not at 6 o'clock in the morning, but if you come after 10, then there is no place.
2. Large and spacious rooms. Two large beds. My daughter and I slept in one, but did not interfere with each other.
The pillows were a little depressing: they were so narrow and long a la sausage, made of holofiber. Since the pillow with my daughter turned out to be one for two (it is the width of the bed), it was not very convenient for me to sleep personally (because: all the best for children).
Cleaning is a weak four. The floor is washed, as is true in most hotels in the world, it doesn't matter.
I don't like the feeling of sand under bare feet on the floor. It's unpleasant to go to bed. I had to sacrifice one foot towel and wipe the floors myself.
The minibar is a refrigerator, very small. With difficulty climbed a pack of milk and a couple of small packs of juice. And weakly cooling.
Room Tip: Try to get the even numbers. They overlook the hotel pool and the sea.
The rooms on the other side overlook the road and the neighboring hotel. There, I know, people did not sleep well at night from the noise of cars and, most importantly, loud music and drunken screams from the clients of the neighboring hotel.
3. A very good and spacious sandy beach near the hotel. There are always free sunbeds, with soft and comfortable mattresses and umbrellas. But considering that one sunbed costs 2 euros, this is not surprising.
The entrance to the sea is exceptional! Small and sandy. Just for the kids.
And here we go to the cons:
1- and for us the most important and negative-VERY COLD SEA!
As they later explained to us, in this particular place in Spain, the sea is never warmer than 23 degrees! And this is in the hottest time of the year from mid-July to mid-August. And with a rather large absence of storms.
We arrived on July 1. The sea was warmed up to only 18 degrees.
Therefore, after wetting our legs slightly in the first days, we fell ill (daughter) for three days with a cold.
We didn’t try to go into the sea anymore. The son, who was professionally engaged in swimming, swam, but for more than 5 minutes he was not enough.
The sea warmed up just before our departure. Yes, and even then only up to 21 degrees.
To warm up, it warmed up, but along with the warming came jellyfish. Just those that burn very much and cause burns and allergies. Some of our (Russian) children received these burns, and their mothers received "pleasure" from feverish and unwell children.
Considering that we personally went to buy a child in the sea, warm up and improve our health before the 1st grade, here we have a 100% failure.
We were simply not warned at the agency about the insidiousness of the Strait of Gibraltar, which throws the unheated waters of the Atlantic here, to the Costa del Sol. Otherwise, we would definitely not have gone here.

It seems that it is not washed, but simply rinsed. Glasses on freshly laid tables with traces of lipstick and fingers. Spoons with the remnants of yesterday's meal stuck. Plates, when you take them from a common pile, often stuck to each other and with stains.
I am not a very squeamish person. But you must admit that if you have a child with you, then you are responsible for his health.
And what can be "caught" from a poorly washed glass in a public catering, I think, it's not worth telling. Everyone already knows.
Well, the lack of normal milk and porridge for children for breakfast was also annoying. Although the hotel was full of small children.
And for lunch and dinner lack of tea. I don’t understand why a hotel that positions itself as an international hotel can’t put small titans with boiling water for lunch and dinner and put penny tea bags?
Instead, ice-cold bottled water for 2 euros. We struggled for a week to explain to the waiters that we need water at room temperature, and not from the cold.
Maybe someone has tinned stomachs, but I can’t imagine how hot meat can be washed down with ice water.
Therefore, there were problems with feeding and watering the child. They tried to bring small packs of juice or milk into the restaurant for her.
We were almost escorted out hand in hand with them. An appeal to the administration and our guides to make an exception for the child did not bring anything.
They have de such rules, the euro standard.
I had to do this: we had lunch or dinner, then we ran to the room to drink it all.
Which, of course, did not add positive emotions.
The attitude at the reception is generally not bad. They really don’t know the languages, both English and German. I won’t say anything about Russian.
For a long time they could not explain to them why we needed another blanket. Well, there are three of us. Although I slept with my daughter on the same pillow, we didn’t have enough blankets alone.
As a result, we were still given a blanket. But from time to time, a conscientious maid, having two beds and three blankets in front of her, took one of them away. And the whole blanket saga began anew.
3. Guide. Who, as the sun clearly, surfaced only periodically. And even then, if he had time, then he caught it, no....well, there is no trial.
Selling excursions, no matter brought up to date. According to the principle: the main thing is to sell.
Result: having sold an excursion to Teleferik (a bus by cable car to the observation deck), he did not warn either about equipment (mandatory comfortable shoes) or, most importantly, about the complete absence of any shade there. Having climbed there, we were surprised to learn that very spectacular a show with wild eagles. And just in an hour (what luck) we will be able to see it. There is no need to talk about the interest of children in this regard.
We stayed. We watched a bird show under the open mountain sky. And....by the evening we could not lie down to sleep (shoulders burned).
Even though I tried to cover her from the sun.....But.... we haven't sunburned anywhere yet!
There were blisters on the skin and then it came off in shreds....Unforgettable impressions!
And it would seem, explain to the guide all the subtleties of this or that excursion, and we would have avoided this.
We nevertheless managed to pass one excursion, according to the reviews of our compatriots who have already visited it.
So it is clearly not designed for a seven-year-old child. But they sold it to us, telling me that it would be very nice to visit it with a child.

Rest in this hotel, as well as on the coast, is very good. But for families with large children and those who do not set themselves the goal of a beach holiday.
The proximity of Gibraltar is good in one thing - it is not hot on the coast, even in the most intense heat.
We even found fogs (in mid-July) creeping in from the sea with great speed, and so thick that nothing could be seen two meters from you.
The English Channel and only a few hundred kilometers. from Africa.
A very cozy little town, an exceptionally beautiful promenade and a yacht club. A large park with tame rabbits, ducks, dozens of roosters and chickens. A very, very decent dolphinarium.
Everything, in principle, would be wonderful if it were not for the cold sea and the shortcomings of the restaurant, which I wrote about above.
