Просто ужас Just awful

Rested with my husband and child in August 2014. I will make a reservation right away that we have already been to this hotel 5 times. Not because the hotel is super, but simply located on the beach! My family is lazy and no one wants to take an extra step. So here it is! On the first day we were robbed. Right in the hotel lobby! The husband went to smoke, and a woman came up to me and asked me to help fasten the watch. I naturally helped, but while I was fastening her ill-fated watch, another Spaniard came up from the other side and stole my bag. And in the bag there are 3 passports, 1000 euros, a camera (350 euros), 2 mobile phones (700 euros), etc. I want to say right now! The staff is friendly as long as you don't have any problems! Otherwise, they immediately stall and go blind! When I explained the situation at the reception, no one even wanted to call the police! I had 30 minutes to persuade the Spaniard at the reception! He yelled that it was not his problem and he would not do anything! When I was already close to hysteria, the police came and brought my bag! They found her in a dumpster. And since the tickets with the name of the hotel were in the bag, the police came straight to the hotel. Thank God the passports were in place! Everything else is of course not! This despite the fact that the hotel has video surveillance! At my request to watch video cameras, the hotel employee simply turned his back and left! Just swine! The next day, while talking with vacationers, I found out that a week before our arrival, a German woman's room had been robbed! And the staff was also disgusting! This German woman screamed at the whole hall, and no one even came up to find out what was the matter! So draw your own conclusions gentlemen! I already made mine.
