We went to rest in four - 2 young couples. We were sent by "Natalie Tours" on Fortuna. We arrived at the hotel at 21.00 and were simply stunned with horror. The room was dark - a bedside table with a mirror, a broken-down closet, torn curtains, two composite beds on wheels: when you lie down on the bed, it drives off !!! ! In the bathroom, only towels were clean; the bath was leaking, the curtain on the bathroom was half as small as it should be - as a result, the water from the shower poured onto the floor and a huge puddle formed; the toilet was old and broken constantly murmuring. The furnished balcony, which is written about on the websites, is a separate song - in our room it was still normal: there was a plastic table and two chairs, but there was a catastrophic lack of space, and friends generally have one chair and that's it! Restaurant: the food is disgusting, for all ten days we ate two times normally, for breakfast only french fries and a couple of soy sausages, pasta salads and vegetables. For lunch, dry meat of an unknown breed of poultry, and sausage, which was left from breakfast, only it was poured over with sauce and served as a hot dish. Dinner along the same lines. In general, we ate in neighboring cafes (((There is no refrigerator in the room and there is no rental at the reception either, as well as free ice at the bar. Ice was bought in stores for 1.5 euros per bag. days The only plus is the beach, although it is not much further from the second line - 20-30 meters. Separately, about Natalie Tours: in response to our indignation at the hotel and requests to overpower us in another hotel that went along Fortuna (and they were many times better than Los Pinos, although also C grades), we were told that there were no places in hotels, but for an additional fee of 600 euros ( at the cost of a ticket 1300 euros) we will find something for you. Although when we went ourselves to find out the availability of places in other hotels - there were enough of them. Conclusion: I do not recommend either the hotel or Natalie Tours. It's better to go to neighboring Aqua or Florida.

We and 30 other Russian-speaking tourists, whom it was not easy to bring to this place for a "beautiful stay" from 27.07 to 10.08. 2012 clearly felt that they were in a cheap camp.
from 01.08 all over Europe holidays begin and our wonderful hotel was flooded with: : : : scouts from Germany (40-48 people) + mentally disabled people from France (20-23 people) who created queues everywhere: to the canteen, toilet, to the elevator , swimming pool, disco.............We felt simply superfluous on this holiday of cheap life in this hotel! ! !
For 13 nights in a room overlooking the sea and a pine forest lined with campsites, they were cleaned every other time, the bed linen was not changed ..............only towels, the floors were washed only on Wednesdays: ((and the sign " DO NOT DISTURB" was taken away from us for some reason : ))
For this luxurious accommodation and meals, we paid 9.000 with a flight from Krasnoyarsk to Barcelona.
In Santa Susanna, for excursions, Russian-speaking tourists overpay "Natalie Tours", "Pegasus" only 30-50% than English. , French, Germans, Spaniards and Poles.

We rested in this hotel from Natalie Tours under the Fortune program. The impression of the hotel is not good at all. No phone, no hair dryer. -Meals: We had half board. If sometimes you could take something quite decent for dinner (like chicken or meat), then breakfast is a disaster - monotonous and not tasty. In conclusion, I want to add that if the hotel is not planned to spend time other than the night, then I still would not recommend it because of the food. In my opinion, this is the worst three-ruble note (and I would not give him 3 *) in Santa Susanna.

The shaggy, bespectacled woman in the restaurant understands Russian, but does not at all try to help (she did not want to give us the ordered picnic), but she mimics the Russians very well. God save you from this hotel! On the fruit left in the room, a cloud of ants runs, which are everywhere there, and at night they will crawl over you!
The only plus is that it is close to the sea, but this does not compensate for all the minuses.
