As for Elvira, she always did it with great favor and with an air as if she was already tired of everything. It is not very pleasant to communicate with such a person. We lived on the 2nd floor, wi-fi in the room caught normally only in certain places and poses. The safe was not used. Especially valuable things were put away in a suitcase with a lock. Linen is changed every 3-4 days. Towels sometimes come across such as if they washed the floors. Flimsy and frayed, with dangling threads around the edges. There was 1 small towel and 1 large towel per person. And one for two foot towels. If you run out of toiletries or run out of them, don't expect new ones to report to you. They won't report. Except for toilet paper. She was "reported" regularly. On the day of check-in, there were three plastic glasses in the bathroom, we drank from them and threw them away. There were also 2 round bars of soap in the bathrooms on the day of check-in. After one of our soaps softened from the water, we threw it away. But in the next 5 days, soap was not put to us anymore. Now about the most unpleasant thing that spoiled the whole impression about the rest, about the hotel and in general from this whole Spanish town. On the 2nd or 3rd day after my arrival, I had a birthday, in connection with which, while still in Moscow, I thought that I should take cosmetics with me (I usually use them very rarely). On this day, I decided to make up, began to look for a cosmetic bag, but did not find it. I thought that it was unlikely that someone could steal it, because someone else needed not new cosmetics (although due to the rare use of cosmetics, all makeup items were practically new), I thought that I probably left it somewhere at home. Arrived this morning, first of all I began to look for a cosmetic bag, of course I did not find it. On 26.08. 2017, the departure time has changed to 20:25. In all the information materials that Anex tour employees handed out to us, it was written: "The time of the charter flight can be changed. Check the current information the day before departure after 20:00. " We checked the information both the day before departure and on the day of departure in the morning and in the afternoon - at 13:15. There were no changes! We checked out of the room at 16:15. We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 16:25, but the bus did not arrive, together with some of the other guests we went to look at the schedule again, the new changes were signed by the guide with a pen. That is, 2.5 hours before departure, the hotel guide deigned to come and write the changes on the sheet on which the previous schedule was. But to think about the fact that guests usually pack their bags 2.5 hours before the arrival of the bus, apparently, no one bothered. For what purpose the guide at the first meeting collects from all phone numbers, full names, room numbers - it is not clear. Apparently for a personal collection. It would be possible in such cases, when something changes 2.5 hours before departure, treat your guests humanely and warn at least one message on WhatsApp, it's free! We had a room with a view of the bar and the neighboring wing of our own hotel - a side view of the sea.

The hotel restaurant is excellent. Food for every taste: vegetables and fruits in abundance, meat of various kinds, fish, seafood. Everything is fresh. With the HB meal plan, drinks at dinner for a fee (any), at breakfast - tea / coffee, champagne? is free.
The second minus of the hotel is smokers, from whom you can hide only in the room and the indoor restaurant. Near the pool, in the bar, in the open area where the evening animation takes place, smoking is allowed everywhere. At the same time, vacationers are not at all embarrassed by the presence of non-smokers and children nearby (of whom, in my opinion, there were a minority).
I want to note the excellent work of the hotel's animation team, who devoted a lot of time to vacationers of all ages. I remember the wonderful variety of animation activities, the friendliness of the animation team. Bravo!
Also very friendly staff in the restaurant - both cooks and waiters, waiters in the bar. It was very pleasant to communicate with everyone.
However, the evening imported animation leaves much to be desired.
Although this does not apply to the hotel, but a few words about the beach. The beach is wide, relatively clean, there is a shower, BUT with very uncomfortable sand containing small inclusions of stones, i. e. the sand was some kind of prickly, it was painful to walk on it.
