Санкционированное воровство Sanctioned theft

Hello dear readers. I would like to share my impressions about the egregious incident taking place in this hotel. On July 23, I sent my wife with my mother-in-law and a small child to this hotel. While receiving the keys to the room, a bag with a camera and a smartphone was stolen from them directly from the reception. This is for 15 minutes (!!! ) of being in this hotel, in front of the host staff. (Though in the book of records). But the worst began later. They asked to show video surveillance, the administration refused, they say, only through the police. We turned to the police, accepted a statement, promised to come, a week passed - no one. My wife goes to the police every day - only promises. Everyone is waiting for the victim to leave. One gets the feeling that theft in this hotel is covered deliberately - they refuse to watch video and do not want to look. I have never seen anything like this in Russia. Tez tour only sympathizes. August 1 - Departure. There are no prospects. Shame on Spain.
