This is for 15 minutes (!!! ) of being in this hotel, in front of the host staff. (Though in the book of records). But the worst began later. They asked to show video surveillance, the administration refused, they say, only through the police. We turned to the police, accepted a statement, promised to come, a week passed - no one. My wife goes to the police every day - only promises. Everyone is waiting for the victim to leave. One gets the feeling that theft in this hotel is covered deliberately - they refuse to watch video and do not want to look. I have never seen anything like this in Russia. Tez tour only sympathizes. August 1 - Departure. There are no prospects. Shame on Spain.

Because strangers from another hotel were calmly led into the dining room, the guard stands at the entrance only at the very beginning, then after 20 minutes come in whoever you want, they don’t follow at all. We went from Tez Tour. In general, I didn’t like it, we don’t recommend it, don’t waste your money, there are a lot of other good 4-star hotels nearby.

But then she nevertheless went forward - with the formation of a freshly arrived dissatisfied couple, and only the next day we were moved to the other side of the hotel in a similar room. There were no garbage dumps, roaring ventilation pipes, cats and stench, the rest was the same. It's funny that while we were moving, Russians came to see our room, who wanted a more secure room than theirs and a quieter place. Really, what could be quieter than a garbage can??? ))
4. Regarding the procedure for selling this form of recreation, I can only repent of stupidity and naivety. After all, I didn’t find fault with questions - what does a partial sea view mean? Or else - a 4/3 star hotel, and then how lucky are you with resettlement? But this is a compliment to the LEALINE agency and a certain Igor. By the way, for some reason he sold business insurance as a medical insurance. It’s a pity for money, nerves, but I gained invaluable life experience not to mess with just anyone. A lot of feelings

Large balcony overlooking the courtyard (no, but quiet! ). The toilet + shower is adjacent and the only thing that is inconvenient when 4 people live at the same time, but we were not often offered a family room with two bathrooms and therefore this is normal.

The equipment in the shower and toilet is modern, new, nothing leaked, there were no problems. In one room there is a large bed for two, in the second there are two separate, folding ones, it was comfortable for my children. The growth of boys is 1m80 cm and 1m. 60 cm - they had enough space! We went to the "half board" food system due to the fact that we took a large excursion program and were absent during the day. The cuisine is varied in general. Like everywhere there are no first courses. Like everywhere else, a buffet with all sorts of food options. There is always someone who will say that the food is terrible. We had a lot of them (on our trip). We think positively -WE COME NOT TO EAT!! ! The hotel grounds are great. Comfortable, well maintained, beautiful, plenty of space to relax in the evening with friends. Beautiful waterfalls, pools - I liked everything! All employees and administration know foreign languages very badly. They don't speak English, they don't speak German. Only Catalan and French. They may try to understand, or they may pretend that they do not understand anything (in case they need to give us a "cold dinner" in case we were late for dinner due to excursions. There is a waitress from Bulgaria who knows Russian well but she is a waitress! ! hotel administration Have a good rest!

In shock, we wandered off to look for the police station - we found, as it turned out, they did not understand English well, promised to call an interpreter, said to come in 2 hours - they came in two hours - we spent half the night at the police station, made a report, wrote a statement, after which the police arrived at the hotel and examined our room, they said they would conduct an investigation - according to the reception, cameras were installed on each floor - when asked to see the camera, the reception refused, they said only the police had the right to look. the day the police took prints from the door - that was the end of the matter - the hotel stated that it was not responsible for the things of Kotor. are not in the safe - for questions to the guide and admin. hotel about omitting the topic of money and iPhone Kotor. lying in a suitcase, it's normal that someone got into the room and ruined things + stole money - they unanimously answered this is not normal, but we are not responsible. I note that we rested at the Guitart Central Park Resort & SPA 4 stars, and Guitart Central Park 3 is nearby, it’s scary to imagine what’s going on there, but we learned from the residents that theft in this hotel is just a given, they steal everything that is badly lying, up to that they climb into the room through the balcony when they sleep and steal phones, money was stolen from one woman right at the hotel at dinner and docs - the hotel administration looks at it absolutely calmly, there is also no support from the tour operator Tez Tour, THEY ARE SELLING COOPERATION WITH THIS NETWORK OF HOTEL AND SEND POOR RUSSIAN TOURISTS TO THESE HOTELS. EVERYONE JUST DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU. IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR HOLIDAY, GO TO THE Guitart HOTELS !!!!!!
