Замечательный отель! Wonderful hotel!

I liked the hotel right away! Clean, comfortable, beautiful, delicious. The room has everything: a mini-fridge, a hair dryer, a kettle for a deposit of 20 euros (then returned). There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, she will tell you everything, help and advise. My husband and I liked Loret de Mar, but who doesn’t like noise, it’s worth looking for another option. The sea is good, but a steep descent, not very good for children. It's nice to take a walk in the evening: cafes, discos, embankment... for every taste! In the hotel itself, closer to twelve at night, it was already quiet, we calmly fell asleep. I recommend the hotel! But the hotel guide Aksan (as she calls herself) is NO!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Not only did she show up only on the 4th day of our stay at the hotel and search for her (no one met us at the airport and we had to ask other guides to take us to the hotel), so even after our search for her she came to meet us and impudently decided to "crush" us. Even after our complaints about not meeting us at the airport, she turned the conversation to selling us excursions (which we had already bought). When she realized that we would not buy excursions, she got angry and she told us nasty things, like what: you buy anywhere (and later she also wrote unpleasant SMS) / She immediately left and until the end of our departure we did not observe her at the hotel ( (A very unpleasant person! And if you want to return to the hotel itself, then NO to meet with Aksana!! ! For the first time in 15 years of traveling with such a boorish person! (I understand that excursions are their percentage, but! This is my right to buy from a guide or not . )
So the hotel is 100% recommended.
And Aksan 1000% NO!!!! !
