I really wanted to describe the whole truth about this DESTINO-IBIZA hotel.
We made an early check-in at 11:30 because they had free rooms. Then they took us to our room in a golf car. Everything seemed to be perfect. Upon entering room # 2804, we immediately did not like the smell (old furniture).
After examining the room, we found a lot of nuances such as dust (in the pictures, in the bathroom there is a locker), the balcony was not cleaned, there were fallen needles of spruce (pine) and, accordingly, there was a lot of dust on the table and chairs. Then we raised the bed. The top cover of this bed is probably washed once a month because there was a lot of dust on it. Under the cape, there was one sheet with a duvet cover, we looked in the closet and there was a blanket that was also not washed and was covered in dust, and there were traces of the menstrual cycle on it, so we didn’t want to use such a blanket, which also upset us. After we wanted to take something from the mini bar, we discovered that there were no drinking glasses and bottle openers.
Before breakfast, we ordered room cleaning, went for 40 minutes to have breakfast. We went back to the room and no one was there. After about 1:30 minutes, when we had already gone to rest, there was a knock on our door and after literally 3-4 seconds the door opens (how can this be understood?! ), we lie without underwear and she comes in and tells us, you’re sorry, you ordered cleaning ( what b. . . ) and then the question to the administration is why your employees come in immediately after knocking, and not after waiting a minute, if no one opens to enter the room.
In the evening we went gray by the pool to drink some wine. After we drank the wine, we decided to go to the reception and ask how they treat their visitors, to which they said, I'm sure it won't happen again. I think it won’t be good anymore, thanks for that. Before leaving the reception, I asked for a bottle of water, to which I was told that the water costs 11€ for a fee + it is delivered to the room and you have to pay another 10€ for delivery (whatever. . . ) . And how can you rate the service of this hotel? ! After that, I would give them a maximum of 4 stars from 3 stars (and this is the maximum that they deserve! ).
So listen and make your choice to go to this hotel or not. My advice to you is not to go because of this attitude towards visitors. Thank you all and have a great holiday.
