I must say right away that the hotel is not 5-star - there are complaints about it, but, based on the price-quality ratio, it is an ideal option! Vouchers for 7 days were definitely not enough, I would have stayed longer.
I'll start from the beginning. This time it was not possible to go with Teztur, and we immediately regretted it. There have never been any questions to Teztur, but Pegasus disappointed me right away, so I won’t ride with him again. Firstly, a meeting at the airport cannot even be called a meeting - a representative of the tour operator, standing alone at the exit from the airport, waved towards the parking lot (300 meters away) and said that they were seated on buses somewhere there. In the parking lot, in a small booth, 2 girls called tourists the numbers of their buses, frantic from the heat and carrying bags over long distances. No one could say exactly where the right bus was, they just said, "Look further, it's somewhere there. " We waited a long time for everyone to gather - it was hard to find the bus the first time. We arrived quickly, there are no complaints about this. Secondly, the representative of Pegasus Ulan (Sandra has already left) who lives on the territory of the hotel has little idea of his work - he just sits in the lobby, leisurely, does not really solve any issues (we ourselves found out everything we needed at the reception) and tourists little interested. We didn’t drive back too well, they brought us to the airport very early, they didn’t warn us that the flight was delayed by as much as 3 hours and left, leaving us to solve our problems ourselves. Well, okay, we're science.
The hotel is small. Managers and employees know all the vacationers by sight, so the atmosphere is almost family. The rooms are spacious. They clean normally, always the same person, so he immediately, on the first day, finds out when it is convenient for us to come, and all questions disappear by themselves. Linen, of course, is not so hot, but always clean and ironed, the quality of cleaning does not depend on the availability of tips. During our vacation, every day on the bed we were waiting for an octopus, then an elephant, then a crocodile, then a swan, then a peacock. A trifle, but nice.

The main restaurant is excellent, the food is varied, a lot of fish, beef, fresh vegetables, there were lobsters a couple of times. Sweets - amazing, however, as in any Egyptian hotel. The tables are always cleaned, the waiters sit down, remove unnecessary appliances, bring drinks. A la carte, Italian, Oriental - so-so, the menu is meager, salads are prepared in advance. Good service everywhere. Drinks are okay too.
Now about the main trump card of the hotel. Sea! The cleanest, gentle, the entrance is gentle, the sand is grain to grain, there are plenty of sunbeds. At some distance from the coast (you can safely walk) corals begin, the most beautiful fish live there, they are not afraid of people and fussily swim at their feet. Personalities offering spa treatments and excursions are unobtrusive, having been rejected once, they are no longer suitable. Always welcoming. You can go windsurfing and kitesurfing, snorkeling and scuba diving.
Reception workers are slow in the oriental style, but tactful and emphatically polite. Waiters - too. Managers always ask how things are and are interested in how the rest goes. This time my friend and I went without husbands, on the first day there were some attempts at flirting, but a soft hint of the presence of husbands instantly corrected the situation.
There is no animation. More precisely, we did not notice it, but we did not need it. There is a Kids Club where you can send your child while the parents go about their business.
Rest mainly Germans, Poles, Czechs. While we were living there, a large party of Russians arrived. It’s noisy on the beach (why take sunbeds at different ends of the beach and shout to each other all day? ), there were glasses and other muck buried in the sand, vodka at breakfast became almost a table decoration, at the bar in the absence of a bartender it was shameful to bend over the bar counter , take bottles and help yourself. For Russia it became somehow ashamed.
In general, if you want to relax both in body and soul, escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy peace and the sea, then you definitely come here!
