Hotel ratings by criteria:
The hotel is located in a remote area, a fairly large 4-storey building. The hotel has a beautiful landscaped grounds. Everywhere is quite clean, dirty dishes in restaurants and bars were not seen. We went on an all-inclusive system 24 - the lobby bar is open 24 hours. The guests in the hotel are 50% Germans and other Europeans, 30% Arabs, the rest are Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians. Settled quickly, money was not required.
The location of the hotel is good for those who come for a relaxing beach holiday - there is a desert outside the hotel....It takes 2-7 minutes to go to the beach, depending on where you will be accommodated. There are several shops on the territory of the hotel - the prices in them are very high, as there is no other alternative. Taxi to Hurghada $50 bus 10 USD/person Excursions can be taken in a tour operator (more expensive) or in local ones. There are few excursions on the beach, so I advise you to find on the Internet the coordinates of a good local agency with good reviews on the eve of departure.
The staff is quite professional and smiling. Claims only to beachboys - but I will write about this at the end of the review, in the cons of the hotel. The staff speaks Russian, German, English. Our room was on the first floor, as we were resting with a child, it is very convenient. There is a terrace with a sun lounger where you can sunbathe. At the entrance to the room there was a rather spacious corridor where you can store a baby stroller, toys, etc. The room is clean, large beds, plasma TV, large closet, large safe-laptop fit, kettle, coffee-tea, ironing board and iron, pretty nice bathroom. There were no insects.

In addition to the main restaurant, the hotel has two a la carte restaurants - Italian and Bedouin (once a week for free for those who have an inclusive) and a paid fish restaurant. Everything is quite tasty and varied, our child 2 years 11 months old ate well and with appetite, everyone will find something to their liking. Alcohol, as elsewhere in Egypt, delicious cocktails are made in the lobby bar. The bars also have guava juice in packets - delicious!
There is a heated swimming pool for children and adults. The animation is good, the Internet is paid.
The water in the sea is clean, the sand on the beach, though shallow, but there is pantone. There are sun loungers on it - you can swim and sunbathe right there.
The hotel in general is not bad and you can safely have a good rest in it. It all depends on what you want from your holiday. I will write everything as it is, and you decide for yourself who it suits and who does not.
The hotel is dominated by Germans. In European countries, this hotel is sold not only on an all-inclusive basis (as in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus), but also on an ultra-all inclusive or sultan system. The guide explained to us that they have this ultra different only in that they can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in an Italian restaurant on the seashore. In fact, the differences between the rest of the Germans are much more significant. For me, the main problem was that the first two lines of sun loungers on the beach are EXCLUSIVELY FOR THEM. But for some reason, neither the guide nor the reception staff warn about this and it is very unpleasant when the beachboys walk along the beach and kick out those who took their places in the first two rows on the beach without white bracelets. They were not even allowed to drag sun loungers from the far rows closer to the sea. Unless at the very end of the beach, where it is far from the bar, toilet, pool and there is no protection from the wind. She herself watched a scene when a mother with a small child was playing on the beach and decided to bring herself a deck chair closer so as not to sit right on the sand - they immediately ran in and kicked out. Agree, this is REALLY not nice. You feel like second class.

And in general, places on the beach are a big problem. After 9 in the morning you can hardly find it, except for empty sun loungers without an umbrella and protection from the wind. And it's not even that there are a lot of people - a lot of space is simply occupied by towels, and their owners may never appear. I noticed that it’s the beach-boys themselves who scatter towels in the morning - that’s for sure on the first 2 rows and also on good places in the back rows, and then they give them away for a fee. But this problem can be solved - in the morning before breakfast, come and take a seat. So if you are an early riser, the difference between serving Germans and Russians does not bother you - feel free to go to the hotel, as it is generally not bad.
Another minus is the fact that the hotel does not have ice cream. What should be in the 5-ke at least for children. Also in the hotel in the main restaurant there are not enough seats and often, especially for dinner, people have to wait under the steps to the restaurant, as there are no seats and the entrance to the restaurant is closed.
If you have any questions - write, I will answer in detail.
