The waiters are smart, clean everything and close the tables quickly. For lunch and dinner, there is also a restaurant near the beach. During the day as a food court, in the evening as a full-fledged restaurant, but with a reduced range of dishes. But the service in it in the evenings is better than in general. Surprisingly enough active animation during the day and in the evening. For Egypt, at a fairly high level. On Thursdays in the lobby there is live music, a girl sings. All the staff speaks good English, they have much worse Russian, but they understand. As for children, I would not go there with children. There are no slides, I did not see a full-fledged children's animation. In the evenings, a standard children's disco and that's it. Children can splash in the sea only at high tide, which does not happen every day. There are no a la carte restaurants.
We used the Uber app for trips, it works fine. Far, of course, from Hurghada, but then think for yourself when choosing a hotel. In general, it seems to me that if the hotel were located closer to Hurghada, then it would cost more and this would be justified, because. the hotel is really good. As for the sea, in principle, if there are corals, then you can go further and snorkel. There are already some corals and fish, we saw a stingray. The wind was always present, this is such an area, it is there all year round. There were always places on the beach and near the pools. One pool (medium) is heated, the rest are cool, the main thing is to go in.
Next - a contingent of vacationers. When we arrived, everyone had a little rest - Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova. Approximately the same, I can’t say for sure, I didn’t count. But here we turn to unpleasant things. On the third or fourth day of our holiday there was a big arrival of Russian tourists. I don't mean to offend anyone, but that's bullshit. The atmosphere of relaxation has turned into the atmosphere of a rural discotheque of the 90s. People came for a bunch of thousands of kilometers to drink stupidly. Drunken screams at night, noise, din, rumble, boombox with Kadysheva's repertoire, picking up tomatoes and fruits, not even individually, but in kilograms. It seems that people have not seen tomatoes at all.
Killed one creature in particular. The fact is that in the food court, in particular, pizza is prepared and when it is ready, the chef pulls it out, puts it on a dish, cuts it and people take a piece, two at a time. How much is needed there? And here is this cattle, behind him is a child, a boy of about eight years old. This stuffed animal took not a piece or two, it stupidly raked everything, even if it left a piece for the child. In short, it was all very unpleasant. As I understand it, seeing all this, the hotel administration decided to cut fruit so that oranges would not be stuffed into suitcases, replace glass glasses with paper cups so that they would not be taken away, not beaten near the pool, and so on. In general, the second half of the holiday was spoiled. What kind of attitude from the staff can these I don’t know what to call if they themselves behave like savages?
The hotel itself is good, we liked it very much.

- Every evening in the hotel - "disinfection from insects. " A man walks with a huge electric blower and smoke processes the entire territory of the hotel. The smell stays in the air for 30 seconds, it is almost inaudible! I really see this for the first time! But it pleasantly surprised me! There are no mosquitoes and insects in the hotel!
VERY OUTRAGED that the information on the hotel website and the hotel itself are two different things!! ! Written:

And there is also a good pier and you can’t do without it because there are low tides and then you can only go into the water from it. There is a cafe near the beach and in general you won’t have to walk around the hotel anywhere, but it’s also convenient. Sunbeds and umbrellas are close to the water and there are several places to get into the water on the pier. For children there are several small slides and children's animation. Everything is very simple, but the kids do not get bored at all. Adult animation is also weak, but it is. Yoga, bocha and the like. The animation team is not strong but in general they are trying.
Internet at the hotel is paid, so immediately take a SIM card at the airport and it’s more profitable and there is no link to the hotel. For us, this was very important. I still do not recommend taking any excursions from a hotel guide. We ordered all excursions from a local company tiba tour, you can easily find their website if you enter the name in any search engine. They have a much lower cost and everything is organized just fine. For example, a trip to Luks cost 40 bucks, and at the hotel they offered us 95 bucks, and even the people who went said that they visited only two temples, while we paid 40 and three temples and lunch was just great.
And our guide was just super, very interesting, he even suggested a lot about the country. And he speaks Russian very well. I want to praise the work of the hotel staff. People try very hard to be very welcoming and friendly. No one makes a sour face and does not beg for a tip. Although we are very grateful for them. The food is good, we always found for ourselves what we liked, although the main emphasis was on vegetables, but we did not experience a shortage of meat and fish. But alcohol is generally no weak and tasteless. Sometimes it feels like diluted. There are no complaints about the number. Not new but everything is in good condition and cleaning is good. Even the bed sheets were changed almost every day. Perhaps there are better hotels, but I think that the hotel corresponds to the understanding of price-quality!
2. The room is stable as in a 3* hotel. The repair is terrible, the furniture is very old. Russian channels are coming. Cleaned every day, no issues there.

6. Excursion from Tez tour to Hurghada. It is free, you can go if you are already quite tired of the hotel. You can buy oils, but that's about it. They go to a store from which you can’t go to others, so as not to buy cheaper there. They said that it would take 4 hours, but all 6 came out. For me, it’s such a dead time.

7. We left the hotel early in the morning and did not have time for breakfast. They didn’t give anything with them, which they usually did in hotels, for example, in Turkey.
8. Mostly pensioners have a rest. On the last day before departure, a lot of Chinese arrived. They are very fussy, they take a lot of food, they leave a lot, the table after them is covered in garbage from oranges. In short, culture shock. It's good that the flight is the next day.
In general, it's boring to go only with a group.
In Hurghada, a taxi is about 40 USD. But there is nothing to do there either.
In principle, we didn’t bother with food, everything suited us, but it was a bit modest, I wanted to try some frills, but apparently now with the crisis there is nothing like it used to be everywhere.
