I will try to describe the hotel without emotions.
So: We rested with my husband and a child of 7 years. We are a little over 30.
1. Settlement.
Tour operator TEZ tour - well done, met, taken by minibus to Safaga with a stop in Makadi (the journey took about 50 minutes). At the reception, they settled within 10 minutes in a room with a "sea view" (we originally bought it) - without the money invested in the passport, although the view is more of a pool. Buildings 1 and 2 are considered "sea view".
2. Number.

Standard room, free safe, tea set. But tea leaves - 2 sachets or more on the territory of the hotel you will not find it, you have to buy it, we took it with us. Sugar was taken in the dining room, there are cups in the room. There is no bathtub in the bathroom, but the tray is quite small, after the shower there is water on the floor, a toilet bowl, a sink, there is no trouble. Everything in the room was good, including the air conditioner. In general, we liked the room. Cleaned up the room properly. On the 2nd day, instead of 3 towels, they hung 2. The next day, I threw the towels on the floor (this is a conventional sign that it is time to change them), put a note on the towels "3 towels please", in English, of course, - the result is not made me wait, there were 3 towels hanging in the room.
There was an unpleasant incident with the minibar. When we checked in, we had 2 bottles of beer in the minibar. Husband drank one. A couple of days later, a "friend" comes and accuses us of beer, cola, and some other drinks. They barely fought him off, in the end they agreed on a bottle of beer.
3. Sea.
The sea is clean and very salty. You can always find sun loungers on the beach, even at 11 am, but hardly an umbrella. The entrance to the sea is sand. There are no corals on the beach. The depth of the sea is normal at high tide, at low tide near the buoys up to the neck. The beach has its own pier. From there we went on a sea excursion to coral reefs and the island of "Tobia" - a very good excursion, we bought it right there on the beach - 20 bucks per person, we were very pleased. Nearby there is an old pier, its supports are overgrown with corals, a lot of fish. Under the active pier there are also beautiful fish, they were fed by hand. There is still a barracuda floating there.
4. Pool.
Either clean or cloudy. You need to borrow sun loungers by the pool for rent, otherwise you won’t find it. Normal. The pool has a bar, some kind of dirty.
5. Food.

DISGUSTING!! ! The most negative experience. Queuing to the canteen. TABLES AND UTENSILS FOR EVERYONE IS NOT ENOUGH!! ! THERE IS BLACK CURLY HAIR IN THE FOOD!! ! Everything is not very tasty, they give out food, they tear it from the heart, if there are vegetables, then they are all winded, or even not at all. WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, YOU ARE HERE!! ! The child sat for 10 days on pasta and french fries (we dined at the bar on the beach, it’s also bad there, heat, flies, you can’t ask the waiters for anything). Drinks during lunch and dinner are served by the waiters, you can’t wait for them either. The drinks are DISGUSTING. You can only drink beer. It's good that I bought a martini in duty free. Waiters are arrogant. We sat with a child in a bar on the beach, ordered chicken (french fries with a bun in which chicken). They waited 40 minutes, I left without waiting for the child, and my husband went to the chief manager, he arranged a showdown for the waiter. The next day the process accelerated.
6. Territory.
Small, green, normal playgrounds and miniclub.
There is not enough space for evening shows, some on the floor, some on the fence. We went to animation 1 time. In general, the animation is weak (compare with Turkey).
Conclusion: you can live if the tours are inexpensive, but it is better to choose a different hotel. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS OR ACQUAINTANCES, AND WILL NOT GO MYSELF.
Oh, yes, souvenirs, hibiscus in Safaga is twice as expensive as at the airport!
