Since we had a simple room with access to the garden, but a good one, we did not pay extra to stay in a family room, but on the second day we had a situation in which we asked to be transferred to the second floor and we were shocked, we were given free of charge suite with a view of the sea and the pool (a very nice room), be persistent if you want something good, the staff is friendly and makes contact, it is important for them that people stay with good impressions and come again.
We were with the children and selected a good entrance to the sea, the beach is great there, you can see fish, the reef is not rich, but we liked it, plus we saw a turtle that swims to people and everyone can take a picture with it and even hug it. The territory is compact almost everywhere, the animation is not bad, but it can be better, the hotel is more for a relaxing holiday, you can write a lot about the food, but it is all individual for each person - there is a large selection, once a week delicious tiger prawns, twice there were crabs, different sweets, but the sushi was the same, it was always different, m? Yaso, Egyptian cheese is not very good, the choice is not great for small children, but my children were not hungry, free ice cream.

Good pools, order and cleanliness are always monitored there, in general, the territory is very clean, the discipline of the staff is 5+. There are a la carte restaurants, we only had two Italian super, must? I definitely recommend to visit.
Although the hotel is far from Hurghada, we found the tour guide 1sttouroperator on Instagram and went on two excursions, parasailing and bathyscaphe, he has very low prices for excursions, I really regret that we did not visit more excursions at such prices, we traveled by comfortable taxi for 30 minutes to Hurghada for excursions from a guide, I advise everyone to apply for excursions only from him, such prices and such service have not been found in Egypt, by the way, he understands Russian, so you can call him and make an agreement, the hotel also offers these same excursions, but many times better, also because of him, I ordered black cumin oil from the factory for a very low price, which is very useful, expensive and of poor quality in pharmacies. In pharmacies there, of course, the prices are not fixed, and therefore you can ask for a cheaper one.
The minus for me in the hotel was that there was a lot for an additional price, for example, the juices were not very tasty, and soda for 2€, popcorn and cotton candy also for an additional fee, children's machines and children's cars to ride also need to be paid. I think that the hotel is not one of the cheap ones, so you can do it all for free and there would be more vacationers. Of course, if the question is whether we would return to this hotel again, it depends on the price, if the price was not expensive, then we would return, and if it was high, then we would definitely look for something more interesting.
