I had a rest in this hotel with a girl, at the end of October 2018. We flew from Anex (azur air). In general, we liked everything, but there were some nuances. Read more below. . .
Why did you choose this hotel and how was the check-in?
This hotel was advised to us by a travel agency, we chose it mainly through a huge green area. Check-in: in general, ok, we arrived in the evening, we were met, taken by bus to the hotel. Before settling, they offered dinner, but we refused and we were settled for some time...
What did you like about the hotel, on the territory of the hotel?
The territory is huge, green - we really liked it, there was where to take a walk. I also note the pools (active and reklaks), they also pleased. The beach is good, sandy, but the sea is so-so, the pontoon is long. More often they came from the shore in corrals when the tide was high. We didn't see many fish, but I wouldn't say that the reef is super alive.
Advantages and disadvantages of the room?

There were the most problems with the number, we spent a day and a half to solve them. Apparently due to the fact that we did not want to have dinner and wait a long time, but asked to check us in quickly - they gave us a room with a broken shower room, doors that opened every other time and a view of the construction site. The problem was solved through the guide from Aneks, to whom we turned, thank you very much! The room we were later upgraded to was better, with a view of the garden, with a working shower, but with a non-functioning safe, which was later fixed. In general, ok, but still a day of rest through these gimmicks with a number went down the drain - not a very pleasant memory.
What about food and service?
The food is excellent, we enjoyed it very much. Lots of meat, fish, fruits. Several times there was seafood. Often fell on the mango. I especially note the dishes from the Chef - sometimes they took a second portion, it was very tasty! Service is good, no complaints.
What didn't you like?
Sea 50/50, were a little upset by the sea. I did not like the situation with the number described above. And somehow at the reception they did not communicate with us very friendly, sometimes they simply ignored us.
But still there are more pluses than minuses, I can recommend this hotel for recreation, just consider the nuances with the sea.
