The bald manager from the reception on arrival issues a room on the 1st floor in a terrible room without a balcony (damp, dark, with gray and crumpled bedding, with bruises from dead mosquitoes and a long time ago that the room has not been renovated + poor cleaning, a broken lock from the terrace door and not showing TV). The porter accompanying us assured that they would fix everything now (apparently they were waiting for our arrival to fix everything earlier))))) When I refused the room at the reception, the manager offered me a change of room for an additional fee. a fee of 30 bucks and we agreed, and of course we were not given any receipts to confirm anything. What was our surprise when we met other tourists at the hotel, who, upon arrival, were also taken to the same room and took a different amount of money. Be careful!! !
