I am resting in Egypt for the 3rd time, so I have an idea about a resort holiday in Sharm and about hotels in general.
This hotel is not 4 star.
1. At the beginning of the check-in, they tried to hand over a room with the best view with a surcharge of $ 20 (or 30 I don’t remember). The best view is the pool view, not the wall. They refused, in fact, they did not regret it, there was a quiet room on the 2nd floor, a view of green spaces, better than a noisy pool.
2. Bath products (soap, shampoo and gel) were not provided to us for the first few days, we went to the reception several times to ask! Towels were also not provided on the first day, they were brought at least immediately after contacting the reception.
3. Housekeeping is mediocre, C grade.
4. Food - monotonous, not tasty. There were no fruits at all, they put a melon twice. Meat, fish one species, one bones. Salads are specific, so they took only fresh vegetables.
There was nothing special to eat, we still somehow found something to eat, and our friend went hungry.
5. Beach. . . Holiday disappointment. . . Disgusting beach! Located in the old town, 15 minutes by bus. Shallow, very small limited area, many Arabs. Swimming is impossible, disgusting.
In the following days, we went to a paid beach a 10-minute walk from the hotel ($ 1.5 entry per person).
6. Staff. 90% are clingy Arabs, who make you sick from the very first days. If the waiters are even more or less, then the cleaners and receptionists are just walking perverts, we have never been so disgusted in any hotel in Egypt.
Very brazenly require tips or chocolate. I have never met such impudence anywhere in Egypt!
The hotel spoiled the impression of Egypt in general. Money, even such budget ones, is not worth it.
