The rooms are dirty and not cleaned, I had to wash and clean the room myself upon arrival. The table, countertops are stained, the shower is not washed, the floor is dirty, the plumbing does not work well, there are blockages in the pipes, there is often no hot water, the boiler breaks every hour. There is a lot of rubbish in the landfill. Removed only the central lobby and the central courtyard with a pool. The trees dry up. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper in the room is not interrogated, take it with you if you eat here. But in the hotel there are 4 animators who get out and do not allow you to live and rest in peace, who interfere with sleep, brazenly climb and pester, and whom you need to drive away with a stick from yourself like annoying useless dogs.
The owner of the hotel, fire a crowd of useless animators and use the salaries of these useless people to buy guests FOOD and hire a cleaner who will CLEAN the hotel!
The guest relation of the hotel - a girl with black hair and a bob haircut - is never at the workplace of this professional net, she does not help the guests in any way, and in general she wanted to lie down at her job and the hotel guests.
Whether they are hungry, whether their room is dirty, whether they have water - this is not her royal business.
