We chose this hotel because we were going there in winter, in other regions there are strong winds.
I can note that the biggest plus is its location. It is located on the first line, right next to the sea, but the beach is a small strip. They said that you can use the beach of the Marina Sharm hotel, which is located nearby, but they kicked us out. The hotel also does not have its own pier, and the one next to it also belongs to Marina Sharm. There is a barrier near it and a guard is constantly waiting to drive you out.
The food is quite good, but monotonous, i. e. nothing has changed in 12 days. The same salads, pasta, rice.
The staff is friendly, but constantly tries to "extort" money from you. The prices for ice cream, Turkish coffee, and billiards are the same, but much higher are demanded at the reception.
But most of all, we were surprised by the attitude of the staff on the day of our departure.
Since our departure from the hotel was at 8:00 p. m. , we were offered to extend the room until 4:00 p. m. for $30, which we agreed to. Without suspecting anything, we went to have lunch. During the meal, there was some commotion, a man who carries suitcases to the reception ran up to us and began to cut our bracelets off our hands. Outraged by such actions, we went to the reception. There they explained to us that we no longer have the right to eat at the hotel and must pay 16 dollars for lunch. In response, we explained that we did not have time to have lunch, as their employee spoiled our lunch. Then they started calling the police. We explained that we had been paid for that day, but they said that this is the concept of the hotel.
