We chose carefully. Priorities: proximity to the sea, food, service, price. Based on reviews and video views, we chose the Lido SHARM hotel.

The travel agency "Let's go with us" organized everything wonderfully, for which special thanks to them.

We accepted in advance that we were going to the top four (before that we had rested in Sharm el-Sheikh 7 times only in fives) and we would not find fault with trifles, we really dreamed of the Red Sea. On arrival we were given a room with a wonderful view. Spent for dinner. Dinner was delicious. We sat in the restaurant on the terrace. The mood was great.

There are no complaints about the chefs and waiters - everything is delicious. When we arrived, in the first two days there were four waiters, then there was only one, but he smiled, ran and was a solid positive.

After dinner, we went up to the bar and... the first words of the bartender stunned us: "Give me five dollars. " We laughed, thinking it was a joke, but as it turned out it was not a joke. We met vacationers from Belarus, they were very indignant at the ugly attitude of the staff towards vacationers. We calmed them down for a couple of days. They gave 5 dollars to the bartenders, but to our surprise, this did not improve the situation.

All drinks at the bar are warm, the bartenders pour with such a facial expression that it seems as if we are uninvited guests in his house. If you take two glasses of drink, then there is no limit to their indignation. When approaching the bar, the bartender looks at you for a couple of minutes, then defiantly turns away and begins to do his own thing. When asked to pour juice, he replies: “Wait 5 minutes. ” Those five minutes can go on for a long time.
Number. When I checked in, the safe didn't work. On repeated calls to the reception desk, I heard the answer: “Wait in the room for 10 minutes” and silence. This went on for three days, until he took his hand and took him to his room. The employee looked at the safe and said "10 minutes" and left. True, after 20 minutes two people came and inserted a battery into the safe and the safe worked. The air conditioner, despite the set temperature, worked like a fan, drove hot air. Bathrobes, slippers, etc. given only to bloggers.

Water give two bottles of 0.6 ml per day. The bartender only pours water from the cooler into cups.

Sea. Beach. Rows of this people fly here for thousands of kilometers. It's close, you can't imagine closer. But the steps on the pier are broken. The sunbeds on the beach are old, the mattresses are dirty and torn.

The animation is very weak. The girls at the entrance to the dining room took the temperature and asked for phones to write a review. So, if there is something about friendly staff and good animation in the review, know who wrote it.

The icing on the cake was that our room was robbed while the safe was not working. It's bad, it's bad! And the administration behaved even more disgustingly when, after four days of constant showdowns, they offered to search our room, suitcases and clothes under the pretext that we ourselves put money and cosmetics somewhere. When we brought this information to the vacationers, it turned out that this was not the "Exclusive", we were not the only ones who suffered.

The first time we wanted to return home as soon as possible.
