SETTLEMENT. We chose the hotel based on reviews and decided to go to Jazz Fanara for my birthday. After all, a round date, 50 years. We drove with TUI, flew with Wind Roses. Arrived normally, met. We got to the hotel at 22:45 (23:45 Kyiv time). They put on bracelets and offered a snack, which pleasantly surprised us. Then we were seated for 30 minutes. They settled in the 8th bungalow, almost the edge of the territory, 2nd floor, room 6186. I want to warn you right away, only OURS (Ukraine, Belarus, Russia) are settled there, you understand. The British, French, Germans, etc. , are accommodated in 2-storey buildings, which are on both sides of the reception and closer to the sea.
Well, at first glance, the room is like a room. Then, when we started unpacking the suitcase and looking around, we were a little shocked. For 10 years of travel experience, to different countries, Europe, Asia and Africa, we have not seen such a small room. Like a hostel, but without bunk beds. In total, there is somewhere around 15-16 square meters, along with a toilet, shower and closet. No balcony, no dryer for clothes and towels. Only kno 1x1m. And the highlight of this room, air conditioning above the bed. Imagine a picture. At night, to cool the room, you need to get out of bed, sit on a stool near the door and wait 30 minutes until the room becomes suitable for normal sleep. Otherwise, a cold, sinusitis or something else is provided for you. Unlike our friends from Kyiv, with whom we arrived together, having decided that it was already late, we went to bed.
The next day we met with the hotel guide, told him everything. We asked him to help change the room. We went with him to the reception. They spoke something in Arabic (I'm not sure about our problems), laughed, and saying that they could not do anything politely left. Until the end of the holiday, we did not see him. The second time I went to the reception myself. I myself told them about the problems and that we had specially chosen this hotel to celebrate my anniversary. And imagine such a picture: such a contented and impudent face of this "representative of the hotel" tells me: for 250 Euros we will try to help you. Fine? Shock. I was left speechless. I understand. He gave $ 20 in Turkey for a sea view, in Greece 20 Euro for an early settlement (at 10:00 am) in order not to wait for 2:00 pm, in the same Egypt he gave $ 10 for a 2-bed bed, because I got a room with 2 single beds. But here, 250 Euros, tin.

It turns out that our friends from Kyiv did not get the best room, but they had no choice, because they were still with an 11-year-old child, and they arrived at 3:00 in the morning, we were already asleep, and were still arguing with the hotel staff on reception. In the end, he paid them, and they were put in another room. So take extra 200-300 Euros with you for bribes to the staff.

Do not be surprised that on the first day a waiter will come up to you and offer you something to drink. If you give a tip, he will come tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and so on. They didn’t give him a tip, that’s all, you are not interesting to him. The French, Germans, Italians teach them this. They give them all the time. So if you want attention from the waiters, take an extra $20-30.
SEA BEACH. The sea is warm even at 6:00 in the morning, clean, the sunset is gentle, super. Everything is fine with this. The beach and sunset are sandy, but there are stones and Hedgehogs. So take coral slippers, if you don't have them, buy them in a store right next to the reception for $7-8. During the period of our rest, we saw two who stepped on a hedgehog. According to them, VERY NOT PLEASANT. Contact the lifeguards. Guys are great. Immediately help, water, lotion with lime. But then still see a doctor. It can be found around the clock through the reception. The beach seemed to me to be small for such a hotel, but this is not critical. It happens at 10:00 it is already problematic to find sunbeds. The depth above the threshold is 50-70 cm. But you can’t put your feet on the reef. The rescuers will immediately boo you and show you that you need to swim further and dive. This area is a conservation area. I think this is right, we must protect it for future generations.
