We went to the hotel for the second time, we rested there in 2020 and since then I dreamed of going again, so when they started choosing a hotel, I was able to convince my friends that this is the best option for a rest in December! It was important for us to have a gentle entrance to the sea and, at the same time, the presence of corals and fish.
We used to go with our sim? there were 5 of us and we lived in the Femeli room, everything was great, but it was a long way to walk to the sea, so now we have booked superior rooms, which are located in the buildings between the reception and the sea. But upon arrival, we were told that there are no free rooms there now and they want to accommodate us in a femel because it is more expensive and they offer us an upgrade for free. We refused, as I understood what and where it was. Then the reception worker began to give us numbers, sometimes with access to the toilet, then above the hood from the restaurant, trying to "order" us for our intransigence. I had to call a travel agent, a tour operator, they even wanted to change the hotel.
So that you understand that we arrived at 6 in the morning and checked in at 8 in the evening, when the representative of the tour operator had already arrived at the hotel and began to solve this issue on the spot. For such our "torments" we were promised free unlimited a la carte visits and a free room extension on the day of departure (departure was at 9:00 p. m. ).

The next day we met two more seven? pits in which a similar situation has developed. And then we got to know people who rested in standards and femel, then it turned out that immediately upon check-in they were offered to settle them in superiors for a "small" extra payment in the amount of ....600 dollars so that you understand the scale of business of these unscrupulous front desk workers! I want to warn everyone about such schemes, be prepared
