We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2017. We chose this hotel based on reviews and were not disappointed. The hotel is really good. But you need to take a superion room, close to the sea, spacious. Cleaned every day, changed towels. On the bed every day we were waiting for new figurines from towels. Nicely. The territory of the hotel is large, a lot of greenery, well-groomed. Special thanks to the hotel staff. All issues were resolved quickly and positively. The food was delicious, lots of fruit. The guys in the restaurant are great. At the bar, the bartender Misha made us delicious cocktails with orange figurines and drew on coffee. The sea is amazing! The beach is good, entry into the sea-sand. You swim behind the buoys and such beauty opens under the water... !! ! A variety of colorful fish, corals. You can swim and admire such a miracle for hours.
The only negative in this hotel is the guides from the Anex Tour. On the second day of our stay we were collected by the guide Amir. His attitude towards tourists - opening the door with a psycho with his foot when a tourist tried to go out with a small child, dissatisfaction with ignoring the proposed excursions... DO NOT TAKE EXCURSIONS FROM THE HOTEL GUIDES - they say beautifully, but in fact it turns out to be the opposite. This is a disregard after payment…
We took two tours with him:

the first excursion to Israel, no one warned that the border would have to be crossed by ourselves unaccompanied and it would take a very long time. We got three hours, and some groups crossed the border for seven hours. On the way back, we arrived at the Israeli border and the greeter informs us that they cannot let us through, because we have not been paid for. Although all payments at the border were included in the cost of the tour, and the money was received by the Anex-tour. We stood in front of the Israeli border for two hours ourselves, there was no one to turn to. The one who met him denied everything. After crossing the borders at twelve o'clock in the morning, it turned out that the bus that was supposed to wait for us MANDATORY (as the Anex-tour guide promised) left without us. There was no place for us in the two remaining buses (each bus was assigned to hotels) and after the scandal we were put on the bus with the Poles. At the same time, we listened to the cries of their escort. And the attitude towards Ukrainians and foreigners was immediately evident. They traveled in a large 50-seat bus with 25 people. With all this, the Anex tour guide who accompanied us complained that he was tired and wanted to go home.
The second excursion is an elite sea excursion. Paid $90 per person. They promised a crystal bay, a three-deck yacht, a massage on the yacht. But in fact there was a double-deck yacht with a massage chair (do not deny yourself anything). But the most important thing is that instead of the open sea, they brought us to our bay to the hotel, where we saw everything up and down without them. After indignation and calls from our escort from the Anex tour, we were taken to a nearby bay. Why they paid so much money is not clear. The only plus of this excursion is scuba diving. Thank you very much for the professionalism of the diver Amr.
After returning from the first trip, the guide Amir was not at the hotel. They change every ten days. The second guide just smiled sarcastically in our face and told us that he could not do anything.
HOTEL MANAGEMENT - REMOVE ANEKS TOURS FROM YOUR HOTEL, THEY DAMAGE THE REPUTATION OF THE HOTEL.
