1. We flew by TEZ on i-Fly, no questions, only the portholes are dirty.
2. Upon check-in, we collected passports at the reception, they turned out to be not a small pile, since quite a few of us got off the bus. They did not put money in the passport, since it was not clear to whom they would go, they decided to solve problems as they arrived. An hour and a half later, we were given envelopes containing passports, a tow card, electronic keys and a concept, and we went to the room.
3. Pleasant surprise! We went (two adults + a child) to the standard room, they gave us a family room, and a good one, not killed, everything worked well, cleanly, the furniture was normal. Judge for yourself two rooms, two bathrooms. node in one bath, in the other shower, two TVs, a balcony of 16 squares. And this is without corruption and surcharges!

4. An unpleasant surprise is the restaurant! Dirty, eternal lack of utensils and appliances, rude staff (not all), a rather weak selection of dishes. And given that our people do not understand what a buffet is and how idiots line up... in short, we went an hour after opening. Plus, in my opinion, this is the absence of a smell of spices and a fairly normal taste of dishes (I have not tried everything, only what inspires confidence). Bars are basically okay.
5. Another pleasant surprise is the beach and the sea! Really very good! There are also fish with corals, and there is where to swim without access to the pontoon. You can always find sunbeds too. There is a diving club. For this hotel 10!
6. Animation, in my opinion, is good, unobtrusive. I think it will be boring for young people, there are no discos in the hotel, but they take them to it. Morning dances on the beach, aqua gym, volleyball, balls, darts, water polo, activities for children in the kids club, mini disco, quizzes and competitions, shows with visiting artists. The animators are great guys, especially Nadine!
7. Service. The room was cleaned normally, towels were changed, bedding too, cosmetics were constantly added, a box of napkins was placed on the table, figures made of towels were twisted, the bed was decorated with flowers. We left a dollar every day, greeted the janitor when we saw him. Human relationships work wonders! The general service of the hotel is unobtrusive, there was no extortion, rudeness too.
8. Contingent: Russians, Belarusians, Poles, Ukrainians, British, Jordanians (Jordanians are a minus, they are few, but they are "noticeable").
9. The territory is large, fairly clean and well-groomed, even beautiful. There are slides, a children's water park, which was under renovation, the wave pool does not seem to work for a long time.
