We rested in Egypt not for the first time, but I am writing a review for the first time, because I was excited. The territory and the beach are great, but that's where all the good things end. If it weren't for the cozy bay, no one would have rested in this hotel!! ! The rooms are cold at night, there was one thin blanket for two, every day we asked for an extra one at the reception desk - we were promised, but never given. Mosquitoes in the rooms are like horses, the raptor did not help, we also addressed this issue to the administrator, but to no avail. A separate matter of food - if you present yourself as a 5* hotel, then the dishes and pastries should at least last until the end of the meal. I had the impression that 300 people are resting in the hotel, and they are cooking for 100!!!! ! Instant coffee - there is a can with a spoon!!!! ! if you come for dinner or lunch at the last hour, there will be nothing but fried chicken and rice. I don't know at all what the tourists fed their children, there is no children's menu. Animation is late, waiting is very difficult, especially with children. I do not advise anyone.
