Celebrated New Year's Eve at this hotel. From the very first day, disappointments began: they tried to deceive us with a room (instead of overlooking the pool, they gave us a view of the road and the construction site), there was nothing to eat in the cafe, the meat appeared there irregularly, and when it appeared, it was either undercooked or overcooked.

The room struck with its old furniture and dirt. After the so-called cleaning, I personally wiped the dust, the cleaner washed the floor with a dirty rag, after which there was an incredible stench. Indeed, the attitude towards Russian speakers is boorish and familiar, which is very annoying, especially in contrast to the Italians.


On New Year's Eve they stuffed us into some kind of tent, while a whole restaurant was allocated for the Italians. Guide "Anex" from the first day of us froze, did not tell anything about the hotel, only gave a schedule of excursions, where prices were an order of magnitude higher than those of other operators.
At the end, they also presented us with claims that we had not ordered a single excursion from them, they even threatened that they would not tell us the time of departure back!

All problems had to be solved directly with managers, who, in turn, sometimes did not understand or did not want to understand English and also froze. Even when the money was stolen from me, the general manager fed with hopes that some kind of investigation was being carried out, but on the last day, when we put pressure on him, he lost his temper and refused to sign any papers regarding this incident.

The safe in the room turned out to be broken, a day later it was replaced with a new one, which in turn was also unreliable because the battery was running low. Well, about sun loungers and cold pools here have already been mentioned more than once ...So here it is. So think carefully before agreeing to this hotel!
