Terrible hotel, people who took vouchers, change before it's too late, don't spoil your vacation!! ! I’ll start in order: we arrived local time at 6 am, we were at the hotel around 7 am. We sat down at the reception and said wait, check-in at 2 pm. we wanted to drink coffee, it’s impossible, only for 3 dollars, because we don’t have bracelets . Bracelets were given at 10.00, drank coffee, went to the sea. The sea is the only thing that corresponds to 5 *, but this is not the merit of the hotel, but nature. The sea is incomparable, a lot of beautiful fish, but this is the only good thing in this hotel. at 12.30 we went to their canteen, you can't call it a restaurant. There is nothing all tasteless and monotonous, what was for lunch today, it will be tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, and in general always, rotten oranges floating in their own juice from fruits and the same pears. After dinner, we were settled, the room was dirty on the floor, there was a pile of someone's hair, furniture from the times of the Soviet Union. Well, okay, this is not the most important thing, I didn’t come to sit in the room. And then the most interesting thing began, I felt bad, I lay until the evening in this wretched room, I also felt bad in the morning, I didn’t go to breakfast and lunch, I swallowed pills in the morning, it became a little easier in the evening. I went to dinner, I drank tea with a bun and that's it. In the morning I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast and after 2 hours I felt bad again and I was again lying in the room with a do not disturb sign, so I celebrated my birthday, in the evening I found the strength, came to the guide and asked to change the hotel. Thanks to the tour operator Coral Travel for quickly responding to my request and for a small surcharge we were moved to LTI TROPICANA GRAND AZURE, a chic hotel, just like in a fairy tale. Almost everyone was poisoned there, my husband also felt bad, the guy from the next room from five days spent all five evenings in the hospital dripping a dropper, everyone complained of pain in the stomach. It looks like it's E. coli or something like that. Water in the hotel is given only on the first day, then you have to buy it for a dollar, you can get it from the cooler, but it stinks, the man took off the rag that they put on this cooler, the cooler turned out to be dirty, maybe the water in it is normal, but the cooler itself is not washed green. there are 60 percent Russians and 40 Arabs in the hotel, there were rumors that the stars were taken off this hotel and in general it is a boarding house for Arabs, they give them free vouchers there, like large families, I don’t know if this is true, but very similar to the truth. All that is good there is the sea, but in charm the sea is good not only in this hotel. this is how my vacation went 5 days of a nightmare and 6 days of a fairy tale. My advice to those who took a ticket to this hotel is to change immediately, you can change the hotel there, but why waste days. So I didn’t want to fly away, 6 days is not enough, I regret that I lost 5, or rather 4, on the fifth day we were on an excursion.
