Hotel: huge territory. Pretty well groomed. There is no global feeling of "garbage", but the buildings on the territory of the hotel require cosmetic repairs, and in some places simply replacements.
Water park: slides with tangible joints.
Beach: old sun loungers, shabby mattresses, most of the umbrellas crumbled from old age, no one "smooths" the beach.
Beach Bar: none. Always a problem with coffee/tea/milk/beer. Served as needed with a delay of 30 minutes.
Drinks: in disposable plastic cups throughout the hotel.
Restaurant: simply depressing atmosphere! From food local sausages, vermicelli, potatoes, scrambled eggs. There are no fruits. Not at all ? ). Baking is present, but if someone came an hour after the opening of the restaurant, then it is not there... because it was eaten by those who came to profit at least something.

Room service: it's there, but it's not. They just make the bed and put 1.5 liters of water.
Gym: it's just "killed". From the inventory there were only dumbbells and 2 simulators out of 12.
Sea: this is the most beautiful thing this hotel has. Small pontoon and after 30m. you can plunge into the warm, crystal clear water of the Red Sea and enjoy the corals and fish. If you dive and swim towards the Hyatt hotel, it is to the right, if you stand with your back to the pontoon, coral grottoes, coral bays. Lots and lots of living creatures: lionfish, napoleons, moray eels hiding in corals, a random turtle and other fish that are constantly in sight.
Conclusion: if you are unpretentious about the room stock, you don’t give a damn about cleaning the room, you are not a spoiled gourmet in food, you don’t faint from a hole in the sheet or from a dirty curtain and you want peace and enjoyment of the sea - you are here, provided that the price tag for 1 person will not exceed 8-10 thousand UAH / 10 days.
