I do not advise

Travel time: 11 — 25 october 2009
Three of us traveled: two adults and a child of 13 years. Fifth time in Egypt. Previously, we were in Hurghada, in the Sea Star Beau Rivage and Hilton Hurghada Plaza hotels.
Accommodation: arrived at 8.30, settled after 14.00. They offered us $100 to check in quickly, but we were refused. Everyone was denied, even a woman with a baby. Bought a Sea View room and got one. Room 441, on the second floor. Close to the sea and dining.
Room: standard, nothing special. Small ants climbed in the bathroom. Once the son left a half-eaten chocolate bar on the table, in the morning it was all covered in ants. In the corridors, small lizards climbed the walls, several times they were seen climbing into the rooms through the ventilation grate. The cleaner was left 1 dollar every day, swans twisted only a few times. Then, at the request, he taught his son to make a heart and a swan : )

Attitude: Indeed, in this hotel we are treated like third class. Towels on the beach scourge gave terrible, dirty. Although there were new and more fluffy ones available. A couple of times I quarreled with him, poked the old ones back and he remembered me, gave me good ones. But at the same time, he was saying something in Arabic and looked angrily : )
The same scourge early in the morning laid out towels on the sunbeds of the first line, which he then safely sold to foreigners. But since there were few foreigners at that time, many sunbeds stood empty all day. Once I observed that three of our girls tried to take these sunbeds at 11.30, so he swooped in like a kite and drove them away. They resisted, but the Arab yelled so hard that the girls left.
For any request, absolutely all the staff (at the reception, bartenders, cleaners, beach fights, telephone operators) answer “ten minets”. If you wait these 10 minutes, then nothing changes. You remind of yourself - again in response to "ten minets"! And so on until you get bored... Then it dawned on us that probably, in fact, "ten blowjobs" is not 10 minutes, but never : )
Beach: the husband went to take places on the beach at 5.30 in the morning, because after breakfast it was possible to settle down on the third line and further. If you stand facing the sea, then at the end of the beach on the right - a toilet and a shower, it's unpleasant to lie there - it stinks. On the left at the end of the beach - stairs and showers - people go back and forth. They occupied sunbeds in the middle, but there is a joke there - the music yells all day long. At the same time, you yourself understand that the repertoire is the same. You can sit even further, behind the toilet, but there is a volleyball court, they play 2 times a day and the ball flies directly to the sunbeds. As for me, the place on the beach is not enough. Everything was on each other's heads, there was a feeling that I was in the Crimea.
The bar on the beach often had no beer. Glasses are plastic, not new, poorly washed. There are always queues for drinks.
The drain in the shower, which is near the stairs, regularly clogged. Everyone stood ankle-deep in water (hello, fungus! : ) ) When the water overflowed, the scourge wouldn't let anyone in.

Food: disgusting. And absolutely everything in the dining room is disgusting! You have to try to get there right at the opening, otherwise there won’t be enough places, especially for dinner. At the same time, a crowd is already standing under closed doors, and the Arab opens the door every minute. Sofas and chairs are upholstered in white fabric, which is stained and filthy. The air conditioning system is such that it is really cold to sit at some tables - it blows very strongly from the ceiling. The food lines are huge.
For breakfast, teaspoons run out first (after 15 minutes), after that - cups, and finally - tea and coffee. You can't make your own tea and coffee. There are tanks with already made burda. Dishes are dirty and cracked. There is no new one at all. Pancakes are fried for breakfast - they are white and raw inside.
For 2 weeks, the set of meat and fish dishes did not change. Grilled chicken or liver outside for dinner and lunch. At lunch, you have to queue outside for a grill under the scorching sun. There is also beef, boiled in chunks, with a huge amount of veins and cartilage. The Arab cuts and gives a piece on a plate, if you ask, he can give two. And he won’t give three pieces, stupidly turns away and puts the next in line. Nearby is a brown sauce that you can pour over this wooden beef. The fish is always the same - fillet, the cook fries it in front of you. The queue is such that it does not have time to fry. Many Russians swore to fry longer. A few guys even complained to the chef. So, every lunch and dinner we have the same thing: grilled chicken (liver), undercooked fish and boiled beef! A few days later we went to the city, went to the market, bought Dutch sausages in cans, canned tuna and somehow survived.
Two types of soup for lunch and dinner are edible. The potatoes were like fried with onions and peppers, even delicious. And if it’s boiled in pieces, then it’s definitely undercooked. Puree is also edible. Several types of rice can also be eaten. Macaroni was seasoned with sauces like everywhere else. Stewed and grilled vegetables are inedible because of the sand creaking on the teeth. This was especially true for zucchini.

The problem was with fresh vegetables. To make your own salad, you have to stand in line to an Arab who, in front of you, cuts fresh vegetables and greens one by one. You can count on 1-2 tomatoes and cucumbers. If more, then you need to report to him that you are taking for 3 persons. The first week of our vacation, there was no oil at all to pour over the salad. I regularly asked and always heard one answer - ten minets. Then I heard someone complaining to the chef and the oil appeared : ) True, not in a bottle, but in a small bowl and there was not enough for everyone. When it ran out, they didn't replenish it.
Chopped cucumbers and tomatoes could only be taken from the table with food for children, but there were few of them and they were not replenished quickly. For lunch and dinner for children, french fries, some sausages such as luleke-bab or fried sausages.
From the fruits were green bananas, guava, chopped apples, sometimes pears and very rarely persimmons. A large bowl of persimmons was empty in 3 minutes.
Sweets and pastries in large quantities.
Entertainment: there is nothing but animation on the beach and evening shows.
Sea: fabulous and beautiful reef. The pontoon is short. The sea is transparent only early in the morning when there are few people. Then the Napoleon fish swims to the pontoon. Great variety of fish. Photo report attached
Draw your own conclusions, and we will not go to this hotel again. And the travel agency was warned not to advise anyone to go there. Because there is nothing good but the sea. And the sea with fish can be found in another hotel : )
