I was with my family - there are two of us and two teenagers from July 15 to 22.2010. Not enough! did not want to leave, but had only to be content with 7 days. We flew from Kyiv by QTAir (a lured company from Anex-Tour). The flight was delayed by 3 hours. It's bad that they announced the delay just before the start of registration. Met Anex at the airport. Great buses. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. At the reception, cards with our data and numbers were already prepared. They usually fill it out themselves. Gave $40 for 2 rooms to be placed in a "good" one. Not a problem - after 2 minutes there were keys in the Best Rooms. Rooms with sea and pool views. And the life of vacationers rushed....
The rooms were cleaned every day. What with $1 baksheesh, what without - I did not notice the difference. Very clean. As well as the territory itself - everything is clean and well maintained. Shampoos and gels do not give. Only liquid soap in the rooms. The refrigerator did not work on arrival, but after a complaint to the guide the next day they did it. It is very good that the guides were "one of ours". Everything was clear, without any problems. There are no discounts for excursions. Weird. Usually at least a little but they gave - these are not in any. They took only a boat for a swim on the reefs and a buggy in the desert. Everything is great. Is that only the boat is lucky to distant seas and 80% of the time - it's just to get to the place of the swim.
Animation in the hotel is excellent. Nicolo from Italy was especially distinguished. Still the same frame! kudos and respect to him. And our Yana from Mariupol is a customs broker who temporarily got a job as an animator. Well done boys. every evening - Showtime in the amphitheater.

Fed without much chic, but quite normal. weren't hungry. In the morning, of course, it's a bit boring and monotonous - scrambled eggs / eggs with sausages, sausage. But of course pastries - they always have a class in Egypt! There were always watermelons, melons. Ice cream was provided. Barbecued for dinner. Shrimps and squids are almost constantly in different forms.
The sea is not very good. I'm not particularly a fan - I quite bassetsina. The sea is shallow and you can't do without slippers. who half a meter is enough - can swim. To get deeper - you have to go 100 meters. They didn’t go to the pontoon - there are always a lot of people there. Mostly by the pool.
The staff is very friendly and cheerful. Drinks, juices - no problem in the morning until 23 for free. from 12-30 by the pool pizza and hot dogs.
By temperature. They didn’t even feel the difference with Kiev. Just as hot. There was even a breeze from the sea in the morning and evening.
In general, we are very satisfied and we all recommend the hotel.
