I arrived at the hotel at 9 in the morning, put $ 20 in my passport when processing documents and asked for a room on the 2nd floor (I don’t like the 1st floor, and I don’t care where the room is near the sea or not). The employee took the money but immediately warned that the check-in was at 14-00. At 14-00 I came, gave the keys to the room and went to check in. I was given a room on the 1st floor (the first bungalow near the reception). I returned and asked on the 2nd, they answered me that there were no rooms available. After my indignation for 15 minutes, they told me to come tomorrow at 14-00, maybe there will be a free room, but not now. Although I definitely saw that a lot of rooms in hotels are free on both the 1st and 2nd floors. The next day I did not go (the situation itself was not pleasant for me).
