We stayed at the beginning of May 2011. The hotel was about a third full. The impression of the hotel is a large, well-groomed, green area, there are several pools, but with cold water. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, plumbing in working order. The room has a safe, refrigerator, air conditioning. In the evening, in the hotel and on the territory, there are a lot of mosquitoes, they are even worse than mosquitoes, the bites swell up a lot. They were saved by the brought fumigator. The food in the restaurant is not very varied, it does not pull on the top five, there are few fruits, they are served in finely chopped form in syrup. Limited quantities of sliced ​ ​ oranges, grapefruits, figs, dates, they go to the top ten tourists, the selected ones are no longer replenished. The service staff in the restaurant is obsequious only to foreigners, in every possible way they emphasize respect and attention. Waiters rarely approach Russians or Ukrainians, ignore them and pretend that they don’t hear or understand. Therefore, without waiting, we independently took the instruments, poured alcohol. There was a serious conflict in the restaurant, we wrote and filed a complaint against the director of the restaurant. The showdown ended with the fact that they apologized, and brought fruit and wine to the room. But the mood and impression was spoiled. And yet, the hotel has 2 beaches: sandy and coral. The bus runs to the beaches according to the schedule, the journey time is about 15 minutes. The sandy beach is a ditch dug and filled with the sea. The place is terrible. The coral beach is attractive, there are live corals, beautiful fish.
Organization and service pulls not on the top five, but on the four. On the day of departure, the manager at the reception began to breed for money, demanding payment for a telephone conversation. To our explanations that we did not use a wired telephone, but talked on our mobile phone, did not lead to anything. Since we were late for the airport, we had to pay. You choose whether to go to this hotel or not. The second time we will not go.
