The first I write negatively about the rest! But it was a complete f. . . c!! ! We stopped by this hotel after staying 2 days at the Xperience sant George 4 stars, hoping it would be better, 5 stars!! ! But no. . .
1. The worst thing is getting to the sea and back). Registration for the day!! ! If you do not have a coupon or you want to go to the sea at 10 am, and not at 8.30, then you will be kicked out of the bus!! ! And it's 5 stars! To go to the sea 20-25 minutes!!!
The schedule is very inconvenient, for 9 days we have never been to dinner at the hotel. Because there is nothing to go there. On the beach they serve french fries, nuggets, paper sausages, some vegetables (no choice), queues for 20 minutes. you need to stand for food, queues for 20 minutes at the bar, queues everywhere, there are not enough sunbeds, people just lay on the rocks (on the coral beach).
The last days we bought our own food and drinks and took them to the beach. Because they could no longer stand in these lines.
2. Canteen!! ! You won't go hungry, but this is not 5 star food! Arab residents impose noticeably more. The Slavs seem to have to beg, they look at you from under their foreheads, they throw plates (I remind you that in Egypt there are 6 times and there is something to compare with). It's just PPC here. Cups everywhere!! ! Plastic beakers. Very dirty, the staff doesn't even clean the tables. Everywhere crumbs, dirt. There are no napkins to be found, there are not enough places, the flow of tourists is large with the arrival of Russia, but the hotel is not ready at all, absolutely!!!
3. The territory of the hotel is more or less good, the lawns are beautiful. Pools are dirty a few pieces, there are children. But you can’t find places near the pool either (((queues for the bar (((
4. Animation is normal, friendly girls, there were entertainments, but we did not attend.
5. The staff in general are all evil, especially at the reception and in the dining rooms.
