The hotel rested together with a daughter of 4 years from 02/08/18 for two weeks. At the reception, we were handed lunch boxes, settled quickly, gave a room with a view of the water park on the 3rd floor (but we registered no higher than 1 when booking), so a day later, when a suitable room was vacated, we moved to the -1st floor, so that immediately from the room the child could walk on the lawn and next to the jacuzzi and warm pool. In the morning at 11-30 we met with the guide from Anex Tour, told about the excursions and left a phone number. We didn’t order anything from him, we took it on a sandy beach, not on ours, but a little to the left you need to walk along the coast (if facing the sea) and there we ordered a ride on a boat with a transparent bottom - 5 c. u. (child free up to 5 years old) and flew over the sea on a parachute for 15 c. u. for two with a friend. I liked everything very much. And so every day we had an additional "excursion" to the beach and back.
Previously, only in Dubai they went to the beach (did not like it), but in Egypt for the first time they were on the 3rd line. But, given that there are enough buses to the beach and starting from 8-30.9-30.10-30.11-30 and 14-40, you can choose the right time for you to swim in sea. If there are more people who want to go to the sea than the bus, they serve more - everyone will leave.
There are practically no complaints about the hotel. There are comments, but minor ones. The room is spacious, everything worked. There is a kettle in the room, daily added tea / coffee / cream / sugar + 1.5 liters of water. Towels were changed frequently, figurines of them were twisted, shampoo / gel / soap was also added constantly.
I asked for a bathrobe - the next day the cleaner brought it with slippers (for which I received a chocolate bar).
I liked the food - enough fruits, delicious cakes and pastries. Breakfasts for every taste, for example, eggs to choose from: boiled, fried, scrambled eggs, poached, delicious donuts, yoghurts, vegetables, many cheeses, etc. We dined mainly on the beach, there is not such a variety of food, but everything is in abundance. In the afternoon, ice cream is given at the hotel, 2 times and we got it. Grill was always a pleasure for dinner, and meat and fish are all very tasty. We went to an a la carte Italian restaurant - we took 2 different menus, we liked the one with chicken more. There is also a buffet, they bring only soup and a main course.
Interesting shows, a good animation team, special thanks to Suzanne, her daughter was delighted with her, it was impossible to take her to the room after the children's disco, everyone asked to play with her, in the club they painted the faces of the children, always paid attention when meeting.
For Valentine's Day, the restaurant and the stage were decorated with hearts.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, beautifully illuminated in the evening. Swimming pools with slides are heated, there is also an active pool and jacuzzi.
