This is just a great vacation! In the middle of a cold winter, find yourself in Egypt. This is a fairytale! This team is 100%. Where, what is not clear, they immediately explain, bring to the place. Mahmoud is at the reception. Friendly, speaks Russian.
I heard about their tips at every step, in general, no one asked for anything, and there was not even a hint. Room cleaning every day. Bed linen - every other day.
Restaurant - hot dishes, salads, cakes are always fresh (the last time in Turkey I did not like the fact that leftovers from lunch were mixed and served for dinner). Fruits - oranges, melon, tangerines, pomegranates, dates.
At the entrance - security, no strangers are allowed. The staff are all wearing masks. Checked in without problems, even ahead of time.

The director of the hotel often came, he personally checked the waiters in the hall, the readiness of the food, the pool, etc.
Animators are fresh positive emotions. Especially the animator Dima, so much strength, positive. Always kind, sympathetic, without imposing, if you are tired, and what kind of discos do they arrange! Dima is a super host! Super DJ! The team is friendly and humorous! Thanks a lot!
